problème boot dual Windows 8.1 et Ubuntu

Bonjour,

Je viens d'acheter un TOSHIBA avec Windows 8.1 sur lequel je voudrais installer en dual Ubuntu. J'ai suivi la procédure d'installation mais lorsque je j'allume l'ordi en mode UEFI le message d'erreur : no bootable device apparaît et lorsque je passe en mode CSM je tombe directement sur le GRUB de Ubuntu qui n'affiche pas Windows. J'ai essayé Boot repair qui 'affiche ce constat http://paste.ubuntu.com/11914264/ et ne résoud pas le problème. J'ai essayé de créer une partition EFI car il semblerait que les fichiers de démarrage de Ubuntu sont trop loin dans le disque mais pas de résultat... Avez-vous une idée ?

Bonjour.
Ton boot-info semble indiquer que
Le disque est au format GPT,  que windows est présent que ubuntu est bien installé  à la norme LEGACY
Et que tu bootes  en LEGACY.
Boot-repair ne trouve pas windows

Tu dis avoir essayé de créer une partition EFI, Mais je n'en vois pas trace.
Je pense qu'auparavant windows bootait en EFI.
    Pour une raison qui m'échappe, tu aurais modifié le bios pour qu'il boot en LEGACY
                  Peux-tu confirmer?
Tu dis qu tu as essayé de créer une partition EFI. Je pense que tu n'as pas réussi. car elle n'est pas dans le boot-info.

Comme il n'y a pas de partition EFI, le micro ne peut pas booter.

Je sais que malbo a fait une procédure de création de partition EFI, j'essaye de la retrouver, et je te transmets le lien.

Mais ce n'est pas spécialement grave.

Il faudrait que tu confirmes que je ne me suis pas trompé sur le fait qu'avant windows bootait en EFI.

Je propose  deux actions
   1) Réparer windows
   2) Installer ubuntu correctement seulement lorsque windows remarchera.
 
Voici  une documentation de réparation de windows8 (je la découvre en même temps que toi).
Ce que je sais c'est qu'il y a un outil qui semble pas mal DART que je te conseille de déjà télécharger.
                       c'est qu'il y a un spécialiste de cet outil dans le forum.  Comme j'ai vu quelques cas, Je pourrais éventuellement aider en espérant ne pas faire trop de bêtises dans les conseils.

Mais le plus  simple serait certainement de faire une réinstallation de windows.. si cela ne marche pas. ou que tu es pressé...

Merci tout d'abord de prendre le temps de vous pencher sur le problème !
Je ne suis pas un averti du coup il se peut bien que je n'aie pas réussi à créer la partition EFI. Dans Gparted, il y a une partition de 100Mo dont le système de fichiers est inconnu et qui possède le drapeau bios_grub. Elle possède un point exclamation rouge mais je ne sais pas ce que cela veut dire. Peut-être est-ce lié à mon problème.
Sinon, effectivement, windows démarrait bien en EFI car je devais passer en mode CSM pour booter sur une clé USB.
Malheureusement je me suis lancé dans la tâche sas faire de clé usb de réparation de Win 8.
Merci je tente la réinstalltion de win 8 puis de réinstaller ubuntu...

Tu as surtout supprimé la partition EFI qui contenait  les fichiers de boot de windows.
Il n'y avait pas lieu d'en créer car elle existait.

la partition de 100 Mo qui est inconnue est la partition bios_boot, lorsqu'elle est crée on ne lui affecte pas de système de fichier car elle n'en veut pas et elle n'en mets pas donc son système de fichier reste éternellement 'inconnu' d'où ce symbole d'alerte. C'est une situation totalement normale.
cette partition est l'équivalent en LEGACY de la partition FAT32 en EFI.

Lorsqu'on est en EFI  on ne repasse jamais en LEGACY pour booter sauf à bien savoir ce qu'on fait ultérieurement.
Pour réinstaller ubuntu, tu devras rester en EFI. Si tu ne peux pas booter avec ta clé c'est un problème à traiter.  Trois pistes
           La clé n'est pas au format FAT32
           La clé ne contient pas un répertoire  /EFI/BOOT avec des fichiers  non nuls
           Le bios n'a pas validé le boot EFI

J'ai réussi à réinstaller Ubuntu car plus rien ne démarrait ni en mode EFI ni en mode CSM. J'ai compris qu'il fallait lancer un nouveau live USB en mode EFI et la premiere fois j'avais du le faire en mode CSM.
DU coup je peut lancer Ubuntu en mode EFI mais toujours pas de Win 8. J'ai fait une clé de récupération sur un autre Win 8 peut être que je peux réinstaller Win 8 à présent... J'essaie ça rapidement

C'est vrai, tu peux tenter une reinstallation  de windows,
Elle va te supprimer UBUNTU. Ce qui n'est pas grave puisque maintenant tu sais l'installer correctement!
Mais il devrait y avoir plus simple car  windows n'est certainement pas détruit, Il n'y a de détruits que les programmes de boot qui se trouvaient dans la partition EFI en fat32 qui a été supprimée.
Je suis convaincu que le réparateur windows sait rectifier cela

Facultatif. Spécifie la lettre de volume de la partition système. Cette option ne doit pas être utilisée dans les scénarios de déploiement standard.

Utilisez ce paramètre pour spécifier une partition système lorsque vous configurez un lecteur qui sera démarré sur un autre ordinateur, comme un disque mémoire flash USB ou un disque dur secondaire.

UEFI :

    BCDBoot copie les fichiers de démarrage sur la partition système EFI ou sur la partition spécifiée par l’option /s.

    BCDBoot crée le magasin BCD dans la même partition.

    Par défaut, BCDboot crée une entrée Gestionnaire de démarrage Windows dans la NVRAM sur le microprogramme pour identifier les fichiers de démarrage sur la partition système. Si l’option /s est utilisée, cette entrée n’est pas créée. BCDboot s’appuie alors sur les paramètres de microprogramme par défaut pour identifier les fichiers de démarrage sur la partition système. Selon la spécification UEFI 2.3.1, les paramètres de microprogramme par défaut doivent ouvrir le fichier \efi\boot\bootx64.efi dans la partition système EFI.

Pour accéder aux Paramètres de démarrage de Windows dans l’Environnement de récupération Windows (WinRE)

Si vous ne parvenez pas à démarrer votre PC, procédez comme suit pour accéder à l’Environnement de récupération Windows (WinRE) Vous devez connecter un clavier à votre ordinateur pour effectuer ces étapes.

    Effectuez l’une des opérations suivantes selon que vous disposez ou non d’un média d’installation (comme un DVD ou un disque mémoire flash USB) :

        Si vous possédez un média d’installation pour Windows 8.1, démarrez votre ordinateur à partir de celui-ci. Insérez le DVD ou le disque mémoire flash USB, puis redémarrez votre ordinateur. Si un message vous invitant à appuyer sur une touche pour démarrer à partir du DVD s’affiche, faites-le. Si aucun message n’apparaît, vous devrez peut-être changer l’ordre de démarrage dans les paramètres du BIOS de votre ordinateur pour qu’il puisse démarrer à partir d’un DVD ou d’un disque mémoire flash USB. Quand la page Installer Windows s’affiche, appuyez ou cliquez sur Réparer l’ordinateur pour lancer l’Environnement de récupération Windows (WinRE)

Je suis intéressé pour ajouter ton modèle d'ordi dans la Liste des portables « Toshiba » : je te prie de donner le nom complet du modèle de ton ordi (par complet je veux dire par exemple : "Satellite C50D-B-10W" et pas seulement le préfixe "Satellite C50D". Le but c'est d'identifier précisément le modèle)
