Après mise à jour (14.04 sur 12.04) plus d'accès à mes données

Après mise à jour (14.04 sur 12.04), gros problèmes : kernel panic. J'ai réinstallé le 12.04 LTS. Ubuntu démarre mais je n'ai pas accès à mes données. Une notification dans la barre de menu en haut : " Erreur: ouverture du cache: E: Read error-read (5: input/output error), E: The package list or status file could not be parsed or opened.) Certains de vos paquets installés ont des dépendances non satisfaites."
La commande ls /boot donne :

J'ai réinstallé le 12.04 LTS.

As-tu fait cette réinstallation en utilisant cette doc : Comment réinstaller Ubuntu ?
Si tu ne l'as pas utilisée, j'ai des craintes...
Depuis une session de ton Ubuntu réinstallé, peux-tu faire un Boot-Info et donner l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse ?

Merci pour ta réponse. Voilà ce qu'il se passe lors de la manip : le message suivant s'affiche à l'étape "recharger la liste des paquets"

Effectivement, ça semble un peu bloqué depuis une session du Ubuntu installé. A la place, je te propose de faire le Boot-Info depuis une session live de Ubuntu 12.04 c'est à dire démarrage de l'ordi sur un support Live de Ubuntu 12.04 (LiveCD ou LiveUSB), choix "Essayer Ubuntu" et suivre cette autre doc pour faire le Boot-Info : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/boot-info

La dernière ligne indique que tu as seulement 3.8 Go occupés sur ta partition racine. Pour moi, toutes tes données ont disparu. J'ai vu que tu as créé une autre discussion ici : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1891461
Il est possible que des données soient récupérables et si certaines sont très précieuses pour toi, il faut t'adresser à un spécialiste de la récupération de données : une bonne adresse ici.
Sinon, ça te servira de leçon et la prochaine fois, tu feras tes sauvegardes de données avant de te lancer dans une mise à niveau.

Mais comme tu sais déjà qu'il n'y a pas tes données dedans (ton post du 20/08/2015, à 11:13 dans l'autre discussion), je pense que tu ne vas rien trouver de plus.

J'essaie désespèrement. J'ai téléchargé testdisk.  Le dossier Testdisk-7.0 se trouve dans mon Home. Lorsque je veux le lancer avec sudo apt-get install testdisk, il me revient cete réponse:

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get install testdisk
Lecture des listes de paquets... Fait
Construction de l'arbre des dépendances       
Lecture des informations d'état... Fait
E: Impossible de trouver le paquet testdisk

Que se passe-t-il ??
