Problème au démarrage suite à installation ubuntu
Bonjour à tous,
Il s'agit de mon 1er message sur ce forum, j'espère que je le mets bien au bon endroit!
La version non officielle d'un système d'exploitation bien connu me posant de sérieux problèmes de conscience, j'ai décidé de la remplacer par Ubuntu, malgré mon incompétence presque totale en informatique.
Je dispose d'une usb avec le live Ubuntu dessus. J'ai bien pu accéder à l'essai, de là j'ai installé Ubuntu sur mon disque dur. L'installation semble s'être bien déroulée (aucun message d'erreur) mais au moment de relancer l'ordinateur (sans la clé) , apparait un message "error:disk 'nom interminable ' not found".
En fouillant un peu sur ce forum je suis tombé sur le tutoriel concernant le boot repair que j'ai suivi, voici l'URL qui en résulte :

Je précise que lors de la première installation de l'ordinateur le disque dur avait été partitionné, mais je n'ai aucune idée du pourquoi du comment (ce n'est pas moi qui m'en était chargé )
J'espère que je n'ai pas fait trop de bêtises lors de l'installation d'ubuntu et que c'est réparable !

Si ce n'est que ça, il faut passer outre. En général, ce sont les problèmes techniques de ce fameux système qui font des soucis.
En fouillant un peu sur ce forum je suis tombé sur le tutoriel concernant le boot repair que j'ai suivi, voici l'URL qui en résulte :

EDIT : peux-tu donner le nom COMPLET du modèle de ton ordi et son fabricant ? pas la peine (je ne sais pas t'aider).

Le RAID, c'est ceux qui pratiquent les serveurs (plein de disques durs pour du stockage de données) qui le comprennent bien. Moi je ne connais pas ce domaine. Même pour désactiver ton RAID, je ne sais pas faire.
D'autre part, as-tu des données précieuses pour toi qui sont sur les disques durs de cet ordi pour lesquelles tu n'as pas fait de sauvegardes sur un support externe (disque dur externe, etc..). Autrement dit, est-ce que tu peux te permettre d'écraser toutes les données de tes disques sans que ça te pose de souci ?

J'avais copié au préalable tous mes fichiers importants sur un disque dur externe, donc aucun problème pour tout écraser.
Dans la bête j'ai un seul disque dur mais quand j'utilisais l'ordi j'avais un C:\ avec les données du système et un D:\ avec mes jeux, photos etc.

Si tu as un seul disque dur, le RAID ne sert à rien (il faut au moins deux disques pour du RAID). Tu peux essayer cette technique pour supprimer le RAID (ou plutôt les traces de RAID) : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.ph … 1#p3690731
C'est à dire que tu aurais juste une commande à passer dans un terminal depuis la session liveUSB (utilise le copier-coller, n'essaie pas de taper cette commande à la main) :
sudo dmraid -r -E /dev/sda
Je ne suis pas du tout sûr que ça suffise à désactiver le RAID : il y a peut-être autre chose à modifier dans le "Bios" pour y parvenir. Quelque soit le résultat, fais un Boot-Info pour que je puisse voir s'il y a toujours du RAID ou si tu as réussi à le virer.
