Mon ordi portable ACER ne boot pas sur le DVD d'instalation.
Bonjour,
J'ai un Acer Aspire V3 avec W10,
J'ai partitionné le DD pour y installer Ubuntu en dual boot.
Le problème est que quand je ré démarre l'ordi avec le DVD dans le lecteur,
l'ordi reste figé sur le logo ACER.
J' ai trouvé l'accès au boot (f2 + f5 + Supp), j'ai donc désactivé le "secur boot"
mais rien ne change au problème de démarrage de l'ordi.
Il reste figé sur le logo de la marque malgré que j'ai bien entendu le DVD de Ubuntu tourné pendent 5 mins.
Une fois de plus merci de votre aide dévouée.
PS: j'ai pas encore compris les subtilités du EFI

Peux-tu faire un Boot-Info et donner l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.
D'autre part, je te prie de donner le nom complet de ton modèle d'ordi ("Acer Aspire V3", c'est vague : il y a plein de modèle qui répondent à ça dans la Liste des portables « Acer »)

Alors, c'est un Acer aspire V3-571G.
Es que tu peux me dire comment faire un Boot-Info ?
Cette machine tourne sous Windows 10.
Je suis entrain de potasser les infos du lien que tu m'a donné avec la liste des ordi Acer.

Excuse-moi de te demander un Boot-Info : c'est idiot puisque tu ne peux pas booter sur ton DVD. Ce DVD c'est toi qui l'as gravé ? Si oui, quel est le nom de l'ISO que tu as gravé ?

Tu peux essayer de démarrer une session live avec ce DVD sur un autre ordi que le tien. Cela ne sera pas suffisant pour tirer une conclusion définitive mais ce serait une avancée significative si tu pouvais voir tourner une session live sur un autre ordi.

En live sur un autre ordi le DVD que j'ai gravé passe bien il détecte tous le matos et je peux naviguer sur le net avec.

Ton DVD est donc bien gravé. Essaie de démarrer sur le DVD en passant par W10 selon la technique suivante : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?pid=15030301 (c'est pour W8 mais ça doit marcher pour W10)
Quand tu en seras à "Utiliser un périphérique", tu sélectionneras le lecteur de DVD

- boot en lacay
- lecteur DVD en premier
- redémarrage de l'ordi sans le DVD de Ubuntu
- l'ordi cherche a booter sur quelque chose et demande d'introduire un disque
bootable et de presser sur une touche.
J'ai mis le DVD Ubuntu dans l'ordi et après une bonne minute le live a booté :-)
Donc j'ai pu suivre la manipulation "créer un boot-info" et avoir son URL......

Oui, j'ai déactivé le EFI, seul solution pour lancer le DVD Ubuntu.
Si je ne le désactive pas, quand j'allume l'ordi il reste figé sur l'écran de démarrage.
Le DVD tourne et rien ne se passe.....
Alors je suis bloqué là......

Il y a du progrès,
Le double boot est installé !!
Sous Windows j'ai lancer le CD de Ubuntu et choisi l'option
"aide a installer Ubuntu". ce petit programe a installé le double Boot
qui fait que quand je démarre l'ordi il me propose les 2 systèmes d'exploitations.
Malheureusement quand je choisi Ubuntu apparais un message comportant:
état: 0XC000007b
ubuntu\winboot\wubildr.mbr
Et s'éteint après une minute

Tu as fait une installation par Wubi (ça se voit à cause du fichier wubildr.mbr) . Malheureusement, ce type d'installation ne peut pas fonctionner dans le cas d'un Windows 8 pré-installé comme c'est ton cas. Wubi est désinstallé !
Je lancer le DVD Ubuntu sous windows et utilisé son assistant "d'aide a l'installation" qui m'a proposé
la désinstallation.
Maintenant,
Avec ce Windows 10 je suis arrivé a l'étape:
- Mise a jours et récupération
- redémarrer maintenant
Mais au redémarrage je ne trouve pas le menu qui me permettrait
de sélectionner "utiliser un périphérique" - "EFI USB device"

J'ai restauré le boot de l'ordi a l'original,
mais pour faire un boot-info avec le live de Ubuntu, je suis obligé de virer UEFI et passer en boot traditionnel.

Désolé mais je n'arrive pas à t'aider. Si tu ne parviens pas à démarrer en mode EFI en session live, je ne sais pas quoi te conseiller.

Je pense maintenant a ouvrir l'ordi pour remplacer le disque dur (ou de le formater) et de mettre
le bios sur un boot classique !!!
Partitionner le DD en 2 pour réinstaller Windoube et Ubuntu....
Que pensez vous de cette solution ?

Tu veux réinstaller Windows 10 ? Si oui, peux-tu décrire comment ça va se faire (quel moyen tu vas utiliser pour cela : le support d'install, quoi sur le support, etc...).

et les ordinateurs qui n'ont pas de DVD ? (cela peut exister) Dans ce cas, on utilise une clé USB, C'est comme cela que windows 10 prévoit maintenant sa distribution pour ceux qui n'ont pas internet car windows 10 ne tient plus sur un DVD standard!!!.
Commences donc la piste clé USB.
Mais si tu n'as ni DVD ni port USB et qu tu as internet et que ton ordinateur est EFI, tu es sauvé.
