update+problème a 56%

voilà ce que j'ai comme problème quand je fais apt-get update, sa merde a 56%:

Miroirs principaux complètement surchargés en ce moment, utilise un miroir alternatif :
Utilise Système -> Admin -> Sources de logiciels -> Télécharger depuis -> Autre... -> Sélectionner le meilleur serveur  pour avoir un serveur fonctionnel

bonjour
voilà, je viens d'installer ubuntu sur mon portable
le problème , quand je passe sur certain forum, je trouve des entrées de menu que je n'ai aps
est normal?
par exemple, j'ai le meme problème que la personne qui a posté cette question, sauf que je n'ai aps l'entrée sources de logiciel dnas mon menu système->admin
Système -> Admin -> Sources de logiciels -> Télécharger depuis -> Autre... -> Sélectionner le meilleur serveur  pour avoir un serveur fonctionnel


je n'ai que source de mise à jour

comment puis-je regler ce problème svp, car, c'est vraiment très urgent
je n'arrive pas à installer les programmes et outils dont j'ai besoin car les updaes et le apt-get ne marchent qu'une fois sur 10 ( peut etre moins)

Je comprends pas trop ce qu'il se passe, j'ai jamais le même message en plus...j'ai essayé de changer de serveur par la méthode donnée par slasher-fun, merci à toi, mais ça ne change rien...une idée?

Salut!

Non, enfin je ne pense pas. Je suis connecté grâce à ma freebox en ethernet...
Quoiqu'il en soit, j'ai réinstallé parce-que j'avais pas fait ça proprement, et là ça fonctionne. Sûrement que ça buguait parce-que j'ai voulu ajouter des applets à Avant-Window-Navigator (ajouts de sources toussa).

Moi j'ai un petit peu le meme probleme que the_gost sauf que a la fin de chaque ligne il n'y a pas ecris cela mais :
