[Résolu]Installation ubuntu en mode uefi

Bonjour,
Je suis en train d'installer ubuntu sur un asus x751md. Mais voilà à la première installation je n'ai pas mentionner qu'il me fallait un bootloader pour apparaître dans l'uefi. Est-ce que je fais bien. J'ai essayé de me documenter avec la doc. mais elle ne rentre pas dans ma configuration. Car au redémarrage il ne m'a pas demander de booter sur quoi que ce soit à part retourner dans le bios.

Bonjour.
Pour le moment, ne parles pas de FLASH
Indiques plutôt si ton ordinateur a déjà un OS, probablement windows
Pour booter; il ne faut pas qu'une  DOC mais aussi un cdrom ou une clé USB fabriqués correctement.

J'ai formaté complètement le hdd avec le live-cd de 15.04. Cependant j'avais avant dans le bios des choix tel que add boot option maintenant je n'ai plus que le lecteur/graveur de dvd comme option je n'ai plus le hdd.

Maintenant quand je le reboote il me marque reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

Il y a plein de modèles dont le nom commence par X751MD. Peux-tu donner le nom complet de ton modèle ?
D'autre part, je te prie de faire un Boot-Info (depuis une session live de 15.04) et de donner l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse

J'ai l'impression que ce nettoyage a du nettoyer la partition ESP susceptible d'héberger un shell EFI ce qui pourrait expliquer les problèmes de démarrage, le mieux est de réaliser un boot-info voir boot-info

Salut,

Ou bien, depuis le live-cd que tu exécutes visiblement en mode "legacy" (qui est donc probablement activé), tu recrées une table de partitions ms-dos avec gparted (onglet  "périphériques" ou "device" si en anglais --> créer table de partitions ---> "ms-dos" ) et tu réinstalles de A à Z.

merci les potos, mais là je fais une réinstall avec bootloader de 1Go proposé au partitionnement et grub installé sur sda1 là où j'ai mis mon bootloader.
Enfin je ne sais pas si c'est ça qu'il fallait faire.

ça a foiré mais bon je ne désespère pas je réinstalle en mettant 1 Mo en début de partitionnement non alloué.
J'ai trouvé ce tuto et la doc de gpt

Je laisse malbo gérer ça. Perso, je ne suis pas favorable à ces installations hybrides d'un Ubuntu legacy sur disque gpt. Je pars du principe qu'on fait soit du legacy sur disque ms-dos, soit de l'uefi sur gpt, selon que le bios-uefi est verrouillé ou non.

Si l'installation se passe mal, fais tes partitions à l'avance avec Gparted depuis une session live de Ubuntu. Seulement ensuite, fais l'installation.

une petite question j'installe grub où moi. Car lors de mes installations précédentes jamais je n'ai eu ce problème.

Je crois que ikewdu a raison de te conseiller (post #12) de refaire la table de partition en MSDOS (au lieu de GPT actuellement). Comme ça, tu pourras faire comme d'habitude pour installer Ubuntu. Donc depuis une session Live de Ubuntu, tu lances Gparted, tu crées une nouvelle table de partition MSDOS et tu crées tes partitions. Ensuite, tu fais l'installation classique de Ubuntu, avec Grub installé dans le MBR du disque dur.

Je souhaiterais ajouter ton modèle X751MD dans la Liste des portables « Asus ».
Pour que ça donne un exemple d'installation réussie à ceux qui ont ce modèle, je te prie de démarrer une session sur ton Ubuntu fraîchement installé et depuis cette session faire un Boot-Info. Tu donneras l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.
