Morithil

[résolu]problème avec wow et serveur X

voila j'ai suivi la marche à suivre de ce tuto http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/wow pour lancer wow sous un serveur X car mes fps était bas en executant le jeu avec wine seul.

Petit problème le serveur x ne marche pas ou ne trouve pas le jeu car il affiche un écran noir et blanc avec le pointeur en croix comme décrit mais le jeu ne se lance pas.

voila la réponse du terminal

T'as une erreur dans ton "launch-wow.sh" "ligne 8"

Déjà il ne faudrait pas mettre d'espace sans "\" (avant) dans le "/home/morithil/home/morithil/World of Warcraft"
qui devrait ressembler à "/home/morithil/home/morithil/World\ of\ Warcraft"

le terminal ne reconnaît un espace que si il y a une \ avant, donc on le fait pas cd jeux linux pour rentrer dans le repertoire "jeux linux" mais cd jeux\ linux

j'ai corriger les lignes mais le problème persiste

voila  mon fichier launch-wow.sh

la réponse du terminal après modif des \ et remplacement de WoW.exe par Wow.exe ce qui me semblait plus logique

Un doublons ici -> launch-wow.sh: line 8: cd: /home/morithil/home/morithil/World of Warcraft: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type.

le /home/morithil 1 seul fois smile

Ducoup il ne trouve pas le repertoire, donc c'est comme si tu lancais "wine WoW.exe" en console, ce qui revient à lancer "C:\\windows\\system32\\WoW.exe" pour wine.

dans le fichier launch il n'est présent qu'une seul fois

Non car tu as un ~ devant qui veux déjà dire "/home/user"

"export WOW_PATH=~/home/morithil/World\ of\ Warcraft "

Doit devenir :

=> export WOW_PATH=/home/morithil/World\ of\ Warcraft
ou
=> export WOW_PATH=~/World\ of\ Warcraft
