problème connexion internet

Bonjour j’ai un problème avec le pc d’un ami qui est sous xubuntu 14.04 x64, il n’a plus de connexion internet lorsque je me connectai à internet la page m’affichait :

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG

J’ai édité le fichier etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManage.conf et j’ai désactivé la ligne « dns=dnmasq » (vu sur un forum) le navigateur m’affichait ensuite le message suivant :

ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

J’ai essayé de supprimer la connexion et de redémarrer pour la recréer mais impossible de la recréer, j’ai testé la réparation en mode recovery sans succès j’ai testé avec une live clé usb et internet fonctionne.

Curieux, tout se passe comme si il n'y avait pas de carte ethernet, donc prenons les choses autrement, cherche sur la doc constructeur s'il existe une carte ethernet et, dans l'affirmative, quelles sont ses références et sa localisation physique.

Tout ce que je peux te dire pour l’instant c’est que c’est un hp pavilion PC a6105.fr avec un amd 64 3800+.

J’ai refait les commandes sous débian 7.8 en live usb où internet fonctionne correctement et voilà ce que çà donne :

Ton Debian 7.8 fonctionne-t-il en câblé ou en Wifi ?
Quid de 

sudo ifconfig

Par contre que lshw ne donne rien est normal, il faudrait ajouter le paquet « lshw ».

Exact j’ai oublié les sudo je l’ai refait sur le live usb et sur la version installé
