ecran violet fixe boot sur une clé (pls distributions idem) résolu

Bonjour,
reprenant un ancien micro toujours sur la version 12.10 (oui, je sais c'est pas une LTS et elle est vieille), je voulais installer la 14.04 à partir d'une clé bootable; A l'allumage tout semble bien se passer, mais après 3 lignes d'information et l'écran violet avec le petit bonhomme et le clavier (?) l'écran devient entièrement violet et plus rien ne passe.
j'ai utilisé boot-repair qui me donne comme adresse de rapport:

dans la partie "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" du Boot-Info, on peut voir qu'il a été réalisé depuis une session live de Boot-Repair-Disk :

boot-repair is executed in live-session (Boot-Repair-Disk 64bit 29nov2014, trusty, Ubuntu, x86_64)

Il se trouve que cette daube de Boot-Repair-Disk est basée sur Lubuntu 14.04. J'en retire que tu pourrais faire une installation de Lubuntu 14.04 dans cet ordi (au lieu de Ubuntu 14.04). Lubuntu est bien adapté à un ordi ancien et c'est probablement la meilleure variante pour ton ordi. Lubuntu 14.04 est maintenu jusqu'en Avril 2017 (source).

Processeur AMD PHENOM 9550 QUAD CORE.
J'ai retenté un démarrage avec un Live DVD de XUBUNTU 14.04 et j'ai le même résultat, sauf la couleur d'écran "bleue".

Bonne nouvelle. Ta carte graphique n'étais donc pas compatible avec les noyaux plus récents. Avec un peu de chance la compatibilité sera au rendez-vous avec la 16.04 LTS smile

Si tu considères ton problème comme résolu, tu peux le préciser dans le titre de ton premier message en ajoutant [Résolu]
