1) Si je comprends bien, ton démarrage est descendu à 33" (à partir du lancement du noyau, soit environ 45" en tout)
et tu as gagné 735- 33 = 10'42" !
  Confirmes-tu?

Même si ça reste long pour un SSD.

L'explication est à chercher, je suppose, de ce côté-ci:

Donc finalement l'allumage est toujours en 20 minutes environ.

On a donc un dysfonctionnement aléatoire : ta machine démarre tantôt en 45 secondes tantôt en 20 minutes.
Bizarre.
Mais donc ce n'est pas une affaire de réglage.

Examinons le disque ; peux-tu donner

sudo lsblk -o name,fstype,size,mountpoint,label,uuid

et

sudo smartctl -a -s on /dev/sda

s'il te plaît ?
