Sur cette page, voir la ligne BCM4311 (sauf ID-PCI 14e4:4313), pour installer le pilote il faut être connecté au Net avec un câble Ethernet.

Tu aurais pu dire dans ton premier message que tu avais déjà installé ce pilote (et les manips que tu aurais déjà faites).
Ça m'aurait évité de retourner sur cette page de la Doc pour te donner un lien que tu connaissais déjà.
Et ça aiderait aussi ceux qui voudraient t'aider.
La seule réponse à ton souci de WiFi que je pouvais te donner était d'installer ce pilote.

Bonjour,
J'ai pu intervenir sur le pc en question et (j'espère) régler le problème !
J'ai commencé par update & upgrade puis j'ai fais diverses manip qui n'ont pas vraiment fait avancé l'affaire. Globalement j'ai suivi ce topic mais j'avais pas de paquet nommé "bcmwl-modaliases" et je ne suis pas du tout familière des interfaces graphiques genre Synaptics donc j'ai continué à chercher et je suis tombée sur ça qui avait l'air de faire la même chose mais en ligne de commandes...
Au final je pense que ce sont ces commandes qui ont réglé le problème :
sudo apt-get remove --purge bcmwl-kernel-source
sudo apt-get install b43-fwcutter firmware-b43-installer
reboot
J'ai redémarré plusieurs fois et on voit toujours les réseaux wifi donc ça m'a l'air résolu (:
