Il est fort possible en effet, mais je ne suis pas certain

dans ce cas en effet, il est plus judicieux de laisser le serveur vpn Côté entreprise et chaque poste extérieur en client.
important:  je te conseille vivement que le serveur vpn soit installé sur la même machine que le PC qui gère les antennes  (à cause de ce routeur)
pour le reste, je laisse la main à droopy191 qui semble bien maîtriser le sujet des vpn en mode bridge.

Je l'avais fait hier mais j'ai changé pour retourner sur ce que j'avais de mieux afin de le montrer à mon tuteur.

Je crois que le serveur est configuré comme il faut.

Que donnent les logs openvpn autant au niveau serveur que client quand vous tentez une connexion du client ?

Passer aussi le client avec un log plus verbeux :

vous pouvez essayer cela depuis le client pour vérifier si votre client voit le serveur

Que donne le log du serveur en mode verbose ?

Etes vous sur qu'il n y'a pas un firewall à l'entrée ( sur votre routeur ) ou un proxy  de sortie ?

Vous pourriez aussi essayer de brancher un client de test dans votre lan entreprise
en adaptant le fichier client

remote 192.168.0.71 1194

et voir si ce client de test arrive à se connecter.

Bonjour,
Mon tuteur étant revenu, je lui ai expliqué mes différents problèmes et il a donc décidé de modifier un peu l'architecture du réseau à mettre en place.
Le serveur vpn est désormais directement sur le PC mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas.
Quand on aura trouvé une solution, je viendrai la poster mais je suis toujours cette discussion donc si quelqu'un a une idée ou même des questions/suggestions afin de m'aider je reste preneur.

les pistes:
- connecter un client vpn directement depuis le lan pour voir si ca marche ( vérif config vpn serveur et client )
- firewall sur la box. les logs indiquaient une non-connexion du client vers le serveur
