[RESOLU] Dual boot sur raid 1 avec XP
Bonjour à tous,
Voici mon problème. Après installation d'Ubuntu en cohabitation avec Windows, seul Windows se lance au démarrage et je n'ai aucune option pour démarrer Ubuntu (F12 ne me proposant que les choix CDRom, Windows...)
il s'agit donc d'un PC Dell avec Windows XP préinstallé sur un RAID 1. Je souhaite installer Ubuntu tout en conservant la possibilité de démarrer sur XP. Après avoir sauvegardé mes données sur un disque, j'ai utilisé le liveCD d'Ubuntu et Gparted pour réduire la partition Windows et libérer de l'espace pour l'installation d'Ubuntu.
J'ai ensuite installé Ubuntu en cochant la 1ère option (Installer Ubuntu à coté de Windows...) L'installation d'Ubuntu a semble t-il été effectuée, mais au démarrage suivant, Windows XP démarre automatiquement sans me donner de choix.
J'ai suivi les indications du paragraphe 7.2 (https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/cohabitation_ubuntu_windows). Le mode actuel est Legacy (d'après l'écran de démarrage du LiveCD d'Ubuntu). Le BIOS ne propose aucune option Secure Boot, j'ai juste désactivé FastBoot.
J'ai pensé utiliser boot-repair pour réparer le démarrage, mais j'ai peur de faire une bétise. Voici ce que j'obtiens :
- Au lancement de boot-repair (sauf 1er lancement), il m'affiche : "Y a-t-il un RAID sur cet ordinateur ?" Je clique Yes il m'indique "Unusual RAID. Veuillez indiquer ce message ..."
- boot-repair démarre néanmoins
- Dans les options avancées, Emplacement de GRUB, OS par défaut au démarrage: j'ai bien une liste avec
* mapper/isw_ccijifefdc_ARRAY5 (Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS) (sélectionnée)
* Windows via mapper/isw_ccijifefdc_ARRAY5 menu
Cela me paraissant correct, je clique sur Appliquer (sans rien changer). Il mouline un peu et m'affiche "SFS détecté. Vous souhaiterez probablement ré-essayer après avoir converti le partitionnement dynamique Windows (partitions SFS) en un disque basique. Cela peut être réalisé via des outils tels que TestDisk ou EASEUS-Partition-Master / MiniTool-Partition-Wizard.
Voulez-vous continuer". J'ai le choix entre Continuer ou Annuler, j'annule.
Ma question est donc, puis je continuer sans courir à la catastrophe ? ou comment puis je démarrer sur Ubuntu tout en conservant la possibilité de démarrer XP occasionnellement ?

Finalement, en poursuivant avec boot-repair cela a corrigé le boot Linux (Grub). J'ai donc pu booter sur le Ubuntu installé, par contre Windows ne bootait plus et affichait le message "HAL.DLL manquant ou endommagé". J'ai résolu cela en éditant le fichier boot.ini (via la session Ubuntu) et en changeant le numéro de partition indiqué dans celui-ci.
