probleme instalation application

bonjour à tous

nouveau sous ubuntu donc vraiment largué

donc voila mon problème

après avoir essayé d’installer 2 applications, je me retrouves sans applications et avec un icone sans interdit dans la barre du haut

je précises que ubuntu à était installé par un professionnel 

donc avant de le déranger je me demande si je peu me dépanner seul

merci

ps je suis vraiment une bu..... dans ubuntu

Bonjour,

Donne le retour (entre balises Code) de :

cat /etc/apt/sources.list

Commande à saisir dans le terminal que tu lances avec Ctrl + Alt + T

PS : je suis sous chrome pour internet

Donne le retour de (entre balises Code) :

sudo apt-get update

Si pas d'erreur, lance :

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Mettre le retour complet de commande entre balises Code :

cela ne m’empêche pas d'utilisé le reste de l'ordi

salut

comme convenue je vois tien au courant de l’évolution de ma panne

après un retour chez le pro et une simple mise a jours de ubuntou tous est rentré dans l'ordre

çà marche nickel
