[Résolu] Imprimante canon LBP6020 sur ubuntu 16.04 n'est pas reconnue
Bonjour à tous,
Mon ordi portable est le suivant : DELL InspironN411Z
Mon imprimante CANON LBP6020 n'est pas reconnue sur ubuntu 16.04 (DELL InspironN411Z) alors qu'elle l'était sans probleme sur ubuntu 14.04 (HP ProBook 4530). Je vous demande de l'aide car après maintes efforts je n'arrive pas à resoudre le problème.
Qu'est ce qui se passe ?
Je demande l'impression d'un doc, rien ne bloque et en file d'attente l'état est à 'terminé', mais rien ne s'est passé.

j'ai recupéré une info qui pourrait être utile. Voici le resultat de la commande suivante 'captstatusui -P LBP6020' :
Message incompatible printer
The connected printer cannot be used

Bonjour
Normalement ton imprimante est supportée par le driver Canon CAPT.
Regarde le tuto correspondant dans la Doc

N'hésite pas à revenir si tu as un problème.

Merci Murex,
Comme par magie ça marche. Le problème venait du cable, je l'ai changé et ça imprime.
Le driver canon CAPT, c'est avec ca que j'ai installé la canon 6020B. Pas de pb.
