Probleme son casque toshiba satellite p200-1BY

Bonjour à tous,

  Voila, je poste pour la première fois car après de très longues heures de recherche et de triffouillage je ne trouve pas la solution à mon problème.

Donc pas de son dans le casque. Les HP se coupe comme il faut. Alsamixer reconnais qu'il y a un casque que ce soit dans la console ou pulse audio en mode graphique mais rien ne sort.

Je relance cette discussion car j'ai le même problème. Un toshiba satellite avec ubuntu 12.04 sans sortie de son dans le casque.

j'ai vérifié que ça n'était pas sur mute.

je suis allée à l'adresse.

ce que j'ai déjà fait ( en m'aidant d'autres messages sur le forum) :

1) j'ai cré un fichier sound
dans lequel j'ai tapé     

options snd-hda-intel model=toshiba position_fix=1

    alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
    alias sound-slot-0 snd-hda-intel
    alias sound-slot-0 snd-card-0
    alias sound-service-0-0 snd-mixer-oss
    alias sound-service-0-1 snd-seq-oss
    alias sound-service-0-3 snd-pcm-oss
    alias sound-service-0-8 snd-seq-oss
    alias sound-service-0-12 snd-pcm-oss

puis un fichier modprobe.conf dans lequel j'ai tapé :

options snd-card-0 index=0
options snd-hda-intel model=toshiba

J'ai réessayé avec fix=0  pour laissé en automatique.

2) comme ça ne fonctionnait pas, je suis allée là problème sons sous ubuntu

J'ai ouvert un fichier alsa-base.conf dans lequel j'ai écrit :

options snd-hda-intel model=toshiba position_fix=0
alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
  alias sound-slot-0 snd-hda-intel
  alias sound-slot-0 snd-card-0

ca ne marche pas ...

J'ai vu qu'il y avait de nombreux posts sur le sujet, je suis désolée. j'ai essayé ce qui était proposé sur ceux que j'ai trouvé ( en adaptant model=toshiba si néessaire) mais mon problème n'est pas résolu. J'ai certainement manqué le post qu'il faut.
Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider ou m'indiquer le bon post du forum je l'en remercierais beaucoup !
