Plantage suite installation ubuntu help
Bonjour,
Je suis converti a ubuntu depuis environ 2mois , et j'en suis super content mais la j'ai un soucis d'installation.
J'ai un Compaq compaq CQ58, et j'éssaie en vain d'installer Ubuntu 16.04 LTS amd64 puisqu'il est en 64 bits.
J'ai du mal a comprendre toutes les subtilités du mode Uefi, j'ai donc tester d'installer Ubuntu en mode legacy et la l'installateur me force l'installation en uefi, donc je le laisse faire, tout semble apparemment bien s'installer, sauf qu'au reboot, il m'affiche la page ubuntu puis tout un tas d'erreurs.. Normal
Ce matin je recommence toute l'installation, en mode Uefi dans le bios, durant l'installation j'ai une case(que je coche) disabled secure boot (alors qu'il est désactivé dans le bios!?), bref tout s'installe, et la, la meme au reboot, ubuntu ne se lance meme pas et j'atteris sur le mok manager.

J'avoue que je suis completement paumer, avec ce que j'ai lu, un peu d'aide me serait bien utile svp

Merci malbo pour ta réponse; Ceci dit, je ne comprends pas, car le secure boot est désactivé dans le bios (mode persistant/ legacy enabled + secureboot disabled), et comme tu le dis effectivement, le secure boot a l'air activé sur le bootinfo..
Bref , j'ai résolu mon probleme, en restant dans le meme mode dans le bios, et en créant le partitionnement manuel (partition fat 32 mode bios/ partition ext 4 / partition swap, et tout le debut du disque en Nfts sans rien dessus).
Le systeme a démarré sans soucis, et s'est mis a jour.

PC fixe sous Bionic 64 bits et portable avec Focal 64 bits

Bin d'apres ce que j'ai compris, le secure boot est une fonction du bios pour sécurisé le démarrage d'un Os pré-installé, et donc a désactiver absolument s'il on veut démarrer sur un autre Os.
L'uefi, c'est, toujours d'apres ce que j'ai pigé, ce sont les nouveaux bios.. Soit on démarre en Uefi, ou en legacy, mais tous les Os installés doivent l'etre dans le meme mode

Pour qu'on puisse mieux comprendre la situation finale, je te prie de démarrer une session sur ton Ubuntu installé et depuis cette session, faire un Boot-Info. Puis donner l'URL du Boot-Info dans ta réponse.
