[Résolu] Mise à jour LibreOffice

Bonjour

Ce matin, je viens de faire une mise à jour de mon Ubuntu 16.10 qui contenait une mise à jour LibreOffice. Depuis, impossible d’ouvrir un document LibreOffice. Suis-je le seul dans ce cas-là ? Est-il possible de revenir en arrière ?

Lorsque je lance LibreOffice dans un terminal, j’ai le message suivant :

Unable to load library icui18n "Cannot load library icui18n: (icui18n: Ne peut ouvrir le fichier d'objet partagé: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type)"

(soffice:9120): Gtk-ERROR **: GTK+ 2.x symbols detected. Using GTK+ 2.x and GTK+ 3 in the same process is not supported

Non, la mise à jour en préversion (yakkety-proposed) n’est pas activée !

Ou alors un dépôts tiers pour LibreOffice ?
Quoiqu'il en soit, icui18n est dans le paquet libicu57. Que donne :

apt list libicu57

Je n’ai pas de dépôts tiers pour LibreOffice. Pour les mises à jours, j’ai les partenaires de Canonical (http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu - yakkety - partner) et :
– yakkety-security ;
– yakkety-updates
– yakkety-backports

Outre la mise à jour, la seule chose que j’ai essayé par la suite est de faire une installation à partir d’un téléchargement du site LibreOffice : LibreOffice_5.1.5_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz

Pour apt list libicu57, j’ai :
libicu57/yakkety,now 57.1-4 amd64  [installé, automatique]

Bon, en fait j'ai consulté mon historique, la dernière mise à jour de libreOffice remonte à vendredi dernier, donc si tu n'as ps mis à jour entretemps, c'est celle-là que tu as dû avoir.
Pour libicu57 c'est bon, que donne :

apt list libreoffice*

J'ai oublié une option dans la commande pour restreindre les résultats aux seuls paquets installés (apt list --installed libreoffice*) mais c'est pas grave, j'ai ce qu'il faut.
Le problème avec icui18n est-il survenu avant ou après l'installation manuelle de LibreOffice 5.1 ? D'ailleurs, la version installée par les dépôts (5.2) est plus récente que celle que tu as installée depuis le site de LibreOffice, donc à moins que tu aies une raison particulière d'avoir cette version-là, elle ne sert à rien et il vaudrait mieux la désinstaller :

sudo apt purge libreoffice5.1-*

Ensuite, voyons si la bibliothèque est bien là :

ls /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/*icui18n*

Le problème avec icui18n est survenu avant l’installation manuelle de LibreOffice 5.1.

En ouvrant une autre session, cela fonctionne bien.

J’ai supprimé LibreOffice ainsi que d’autres logiciels. J’ai réinstallé LibreOffice et il fonctionne. La seule différence est que les menus de LibreOffice sont visibles au lieu d’être intégrés à Ubuntu, un moindre mal.

Je viens de désinstaller la 5.1.

Maintenant, en faisant ls /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/*icui18n* j’ai :

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libicui18n.a  /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libicui18n.so  /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libicui18n.so.57  /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libicui18n.so.57.1

Oui, la bibliothèque est bien là. Le problème était peut-être plutôt dans le deuxième message d'erreur :

(soffice:9120): Gtk-ERROR **: GTK+ 2.x symbols detected. Using GTK+ 2.x and GTK+ 3 in the same process is not supported

et c'est peut-être en rapport avec le fait qu'il n'y ai plus d'intégration avec le bureau.
Le paquet libreoffice-gnome est-il installé ?
Et libreoffice-gtk est-il non installé ?

J’ai installé libreoffice-gnome, et je retrouve le problème initial.
J’ai désinstallé libreoffice-gnome
J’ai installé et désinstallé libreoffice-gtk
J’ai installé LibreOffice, et il s’ouvre correctement.
J’ai installé libreoffice-gnome, LibreOffice s’ouvre et il est intégré à Ubuntu, il y a juste un message d’erreur :

Unable to load library icui18n "Cannot load library icui18n: (icui18n: Ne peut ouvrir le fichier d'objet partagé: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type)"

Mais ce n’est pas bloquant.

Bizarre tout ça... du coup je peux pas trop tester les Gtk2/Gtk3, puisque je suis sur KDE...
Mais à priori icui18n et l'intégration Gtk2/Gtk3 n'ont aucun rapport (icui18n concerne les locales de langue), donc ce peut-être deux problèmes indépendants.
Au gré de tes installations/désinstallations de libreoffice-gnome/gtk2/gtk3, le message concernant icui18n a-t-il disparu à un moment donné ?

C’est libreoffice-gnome qui me fait planter LibreOffice.

Si je désinstallé libreoffice-gnome et libreoffice et que je réinstalle libreoffice, alors libreoffice-gnome est automatiquement installé et libreoffice plante au démarrage avec l’erreur icui18n. Il faut alors que je désinstalle libreoffice-gnome pour ne plus avoir de plantage. Si par la suite je veux l’intégration il faut que j’installe libreoffice-gtk. Alors ça marche, même si le message d’erreur icui18n est toujours là.

Le message concernant icui18n n’a jamais disparu, seulement celui concernant  GTK+ 2.x / GTK+ 3.

Donc une erreur n'a rien à voir avec l'autre. En fait libreoffice-gtk équivaud à installer libreoffice-gtk2, et libreoffice-gnome à libreoffice-gtk3.
Quel environnement de bureau utilises-tu ?

Pour l'autre problème, tente :

sudo apt install --reinstall libicu57

montre aussi le résultat de :

apt list --installed libicu*

Comme environnement de bureau, j’utilise Unity.

Le résultat de apt list --installed libicu* est :

libicu57/yakkety,now 57.1-4 amd64  [installé, automatique]

C'est ok. N'empêche qu'il y a un message de lib non trouvée... j'ai cherché ce message dans les différents rapports de bug, mais les causes et solutions sont toujours assez floues, souvent en rapport avec Qt.

C'est tout aussi bizarre que le message d'erreur :

Gtk-ERROR **: GTK+ 2.x symbols detected. Using GTK+ 2.x and GTK+ 3 in the same process is not supported

qui n'apparaît que lorsque tu désinstalles le support Gtk2 pour LibreOffice.

Pourquoi ne réinstalles-tu pas complètement LibreOffice ? il est composé en fait de plusieurs paquets, il faut faire un

sudo apt autoremove libreoffice

pour tout désinstaller, et ensuite un simple

sudo apt install libreoffice

pour tout réinstaller.

À part ça, je vois pas...

sudo apt autoremove libreoffice n’a pas suffi pour désinstaller libreoffice, je pouvais toujours le lancer en ligne de commande. J’ai dû passer pas le gestionnaire de Logiciels Ubuntu pour le désinstaller complètement.

De même, en faisant sudo apt install libreoffice, j’ai mon erreur fatale GTK. Par contre en installant à partir de Logiciels Ubuntu puis en faisant sudo apt install libreoffice-gtk, cela fonctionne correctement, j’ai ma feuille de calcul qui s’ouvre correctement en français, malgré un petit message d’erreur icui18n lorsque je le lance à partir d’un terminal.
