OK!
Windows à été trouvé par os-prober. La maj de grub le trouve aussi.
Maintenant;
### BEGIN /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober ###
### END /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober ###
Il devrait être là dans cette rubrique.

Re : Plus d'accès à Windows après l'installation d'Ubuntu
Alors, lancer Boot-Repair depuis ton Ubuntu;
sudo boot-repair
Et faire la "Réparation recommandée" . On va voir si çà arrive à démarrer Windows ensuite.
Lorsque Windows redémarre;

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to) and reinstall the grub2 of sda6 into the MBR of sda.
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
(http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/partition_boot)

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to) and reinstall the grub2 of sda6 into the MBR of sda.
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
(http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/partition_boot)
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.
paste.ubuntu.com ko (), using paste.debian

Tu as raison... J'ai mal regardé le premier boot-info. Je rectifie. Il annonce son ânerie ici, d'ailleurs :
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot
