Dual-Boot: GRUB2 disparaît après chaque lancement de Windows
Salut à tous,
Mon objectif est d'avoid Windows 10 d'un côté et Ubuntu 16.04 de l'autre.
J'ai installé Ubuntu sur une partition manuelle (/ + /swap + /home). Après l'installation, j'ai redémarré plusieurs fois, en relançant Ubuntu sans souci à chaque fois.
Puis j'ai voulu me reconnecter à Windows. J'ai cliqué sur "Windows Boot Manager". Connexion à Windows, pas de souci. Mais, en rebootant, je constate que GRUB a disparu !
J'ai donc installé Boot-repair. Là, ça m'a donné ce résultat :
Je redémarre l'ordinateur, GRUB a plus d'options. Super! Je lance Ubuntu, puis j'y reviens, fais le test avec "Windows Boot UEFI", et ça lance Windows. Super !
Je reviens sur Ubuntu, installe Grub Customiser, le configure pour que le système par défaut soit Windows (choix = "Windows Boot UEFI"). Je relance pour voir ce que ça fait, mais malheureusement, GRUB ne réapparaît plus...
Et là, même problème qu'auparavant : plus de GRUB, l'ordinateur démarre directement sur Windows.
Comment régler ce problème ? L'ordi doit avoir comme OS par défaut Windows 1 (raison professionnelle : je ne suis pas le seul à l'utiliser).

Je note que le rapport est fait depuis le live-cd.
Dans la configuration actuelle, si tu démarres sur le disque dur, il apparaît ou non, ce Grub ? Fais un essai pour voir. Selon moi, il devrait être présent.

Je pense qu'il faudrait que je désactive le Secure Boot... Mais vu que l'ordinateur va surtout être utilisé avec Windows, le jeu n'en vaut pas vraiment la chandelle. Tant pis, Ubuntu desktop, ce sera pour une autre fois ! :'(

Je voulais simplement vérifier que ce n'était pas tout bêtement l'hibernation de W10 qui court-circuitait le menu GRUB. On a déjà vu ça plusieurs fois. Le fichier hiberfil.sys est lu dès le lancement de bootmgr par l'entrée "resume" qui passe en tête de liste dans la base BCD, et ça fait disparaître GRUB qui est passé au second plan.
Mais comme ça n'apparaissait pas dans le boot-info, je voulais que tu essaies de démarrer "dans l'état" pour vérifier cette théorie...
Tant pis.

et de booter en passant par le menu de boot ou directement dans le "bios" (souvent dans le menu exit).

Tout à fait d'accord avec ça : passer par le Boot Menu est certainement la solution la plus adaptée puisque Eriko24 a précisé plus haut que l'ordinateur va surtout être utilisé avec Windows. Donc c'est démarrage par défaut sur Windows et pour aller sur Ubuntu, c'est presser la touche F12 au démarrage de l'ordi pour faire apparaître le Boot Menu et sélectionner "ubuntu" pour démarrer dessus. On peut voir dans cet extrait du Boot-Info que cette entrée "ubuntu" existe dans le système UEFI de l'ordi :

Le problème, c'est qu'en choisissant ubuntu... c'est quand même Windows qui démarre.
Sinon, oui, l'ordi va surtout être utilisé pour Windows et je ne veux pas embrouiller la personne avec un Dual Boot à chaque démarrage. Donc dans l'idéal, j'aurais voulu que l'ordi démarre par défaut sur Win 10 et que ce soit seulement lorsqu'on accède volontairement au boot qu'on puisse choisir Ubuntu.

Ça, c'est nettement plus étonnant. Ça signifierait que l'entrée suivante est bien inscrite dans la NVram du bios et qu'elle est prise en compte :

Soit c'est le fichier signé shimx64.efi qui pose problème, soit il y a un souci après son exécution... Avant de tirer des conclusions, j'attends l'opinion de malbo (j'aurais bien proposé l'ajout d'une entrée pointant vers /ubuntu/grubx64.efi, voire /boot/bootx64.efi pour vérifier ce point).
Donc dans l'idéal, j'aurais voulu que l'ordi démarre par défaut sur Win 10 et que ce soit seulement lorsqu'on accède volontairement au boot qu'on puisse choisir Ubuntu
Ce point ne posera pas de problème dès lors qu'on aura réglé le problème précédent.

En relisant le post #1, je me rends compte que le Boot-Info dont tu as donné le lien est peut-être assez différent de l'état actuel de ton installation. En effet, tu as écrit que tu as utilisé Grub-Customizer et je redoute les modifs faites par ce logiciel merdique. Quoi qu'il en soit, je te prie de refaire un Boot-Info et d'en donner l'URL dans ta réponse pour qu'on puisse avoir un état des lieux actualisé.
