=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda4, using the following options: sdb1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s use-standard-efi-file
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi

================== efibootmgr -v
Boot0001* ubuntu HD(3,GPT,4bccaa7d-dd3e-4d78-87fa-7ebd3810fd36,0x62fa1000,0x100800)/File(EFIubuntushimx64.efi)
Boot0002* ubuntu HD(3,GPT,4bccaa7d-dd3e-4d78-87fa-7ebd3810fd36,0x62fa1000,0x100800)/File(EFIUbuntugrubx64.efi)
Boot0003* ubuntu HD(1,GPT,ffa17123-c556-464d-8b73-6ef276d3cfe0,0x800,0x32000)/File(EFIUbuntugrubx64.efi)
============================== sda4/etc/fstab: ================================
# /boot/efi was on /dev/sda3 during installation
UUID=974A-EEF8 /boot/efi vfat umask=0077 0 1
Et dans blkid, on voit ça :
"blkid" output: ________________________________________________________________
Device UUID TYPE LABEL
/dev/sda3 974A-EEF8 vfat

ubuntu
Windows Boot Manager
ubuntu
ubuntu
UEFI:CD/DVD Drive
UEFI:Removable Device
UEFI:Network Device
Est-ce le cas ?

Re : Problème GRUB multiboot
Dans le bios je vois:
-Windows Boot Manager (P4: KINGSTOM RBU-SC100S371128GD)
-ubuntu (P0: HGST HTZ721010A9E630)
-ubuntu (P0: HGST HTZ721010A9E630)
-ubuntu (P4: KINGSTOM RBU-SC100S371128GD)
