Perte intermittente de connexion filaire

Bonjour,

Plusieurs fois par jour, ma connexion internet tombe. Généralement, je clique sur "Connexion filaire 1" (ma connexion par défaut) et elle se remet.

Je suis sous Ubuntu 16.10 64bits, le problème est apparu avec la version précédente, voire celle d'avant. Ce problème n'apparaît pas sous Windows, que j'ai sur le même ordi sur une autre disque dur.

Ce sujet a fait l'objet de divers posts, mais je n'y ai pas trouvé de solution à mon problème.

Peux tu regarder le log /var/log/dmesg au moment où tu perds la connexion s'il te plait ?

Ça y est. Ça vient de recommencer.

Il n'y a pas de fichier /var/log/dmesg.

Quand je remets en marche la connexion en appuyant sur l'icône de connexion en haut à droite, puis sur Connexion filaire 1, il y a un petit message : "Déconnecté Réseau Ethernet". Pourquoi cette notification ?

Alors tape directement dmesg dans un terminal et colle le retour complet de cette commande dans ta réponse.

Non juste comparer et on a bien la même chose, par contre c'est étrange que ton ifconfig ne renvoie pas une carte eth0, peux tu utiliser la commande "ip addr" et me donner le retour ? (la commande ifconfig est dépréciée).

Non,je pense pas que ce soit matériel ....  as-tu bien lu le lien il ne fait pas allusion à un problème matériel mais un problème IPV6 avec le routeur  (entre autres)....

Salut,

1) Je n'ai pas de /etc/modprobe.conf. J'ai par contre un dossier modprobe.conf contenant une douzaine de fichiers.
2) Le changement que le gars (Waggoneer) a fait n'a pas résolu son problème.
3) La suggestion de Steevea était que le problème devait être dû à "a bad cable or a bad slot i nthe corporate switch.". C'est pourquoi j'ai évoqué la question matériel.

Je n'ai pas bien saisi comment le gars a résolu son problème.
