[Résolu] Dual-Boot : grub-efi-amd64-signed dans /target/ ?
Bonjour à tous,
Je rencontre un problème lors de l'installation d'Ubuntu à partir d'un LiveUSB, en dualboot avec Windows10 sur le même disque dur. L'installateur me renvoie le message d'erreur suivant lors de l'installation de Grub :
"Echec de l'installation de GRUB
Le paquet grub-efi-amd64-signed n'a pas pu être installé dans /target/. En l'absence du programme de démarrage GRUB, le système installé ne pourra pas démarrer."
Une fois le message validé, l'installation échoue.
Sur les conseils de l'utilisateur malbo (merci), j'ai généré un rapport de Boot-repair que vous saurez trouver au travers de ce lien..
Historique de la machine :
Création de deux partitions pour Windows, une pour le système, l'autre pour les données
Dual-boot entre Windows 7 et Ubuntu 14, fonctionnement OK
Mise à jour de Windows 7 vers Windows 10, un an après sa sortie, fonctionnement OK (incroyable !)
Tentative de mise à jour de Ubuntu 14 vers 16.04 via la console avec l'outil "sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" : impossible
Tentative de mise à jour de Ubuntu 14 vers 16.04 via un LiveUSB en effaçant la partition concernée afin de faire un installation dite "propre" : apparition du message indiqué

Modèle : SAMSUNG NP300E5C-AF2FR
Disque Dur : ST320LM001 HN-M320MBB
Mémoire vive : 4 GO
Processeur : Intel Celeron(R) CPU B820 @ 1,70GHz (inutile de préciser que c'est un Veau)

The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to fix packages) and reinstall the grub2 of sdb5 into the MBR of sdb.

The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.Windows est installé en mode Bios (mode non-EFI) aussi il convient d'installer Ubuntu dans le même mode que Windows (voir mon tuto) c'est à dire en mode non-EFI. Pour installer Ubuntu en mode non-EFI, il est impératif de démarrer sur le support live d'installation en mode non-EFI. Malheureusement, on peut voir dans l'extrait suivant de ton Boot-Info que ce n'est pas le cas (mention "is setup in EFI-mode for this live-session") :

Quand tu feras ta réponse, je te prie de détailler la modification du "Bios" : c'est toujours un passage inquiétant de toucher au "Bios" et ton explication pourra servir à guider un novice qui se trouverait dans le même cas.

C'est un succès ! Le problème d'UEFI au démarrage identifié par malbo était le bon. L'installation d'Ubuntu 16.04 a pu se terminer sans encombre.
Explication pour les novices comme moi :
L'erreur venait du paramétrage du BIOS (programme informatique intégré dans la carte mère qui permet la gestion des différents composant informatiques -hardware-, ainsi que l'amorçage d'un système d'exploitation -OS-).
Mode opératoire de résolution de problème :
Démarrer le PC
Dès la mise sous tension, appuyer sur la touche F2 (ou F1 ou autre selon les cartes mères). Attention ce délai est très court.
Une fois le menu du BIOS qui s'affiche, naviguez vers l'onglet ou la rubrique "BOOT". Utilisez les flèches directionnelles pour l'atteindre.
Descendez avec les flèches pour atteindre la ligne "UEFI", puis appuyez sur la touche "entrée"
Sélectionnez "DISABLE"
Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche "entrée" pour valider la sélection
Naviguez dans la rubrique "EXIT"
Sélectionnez la ligne "SAVE AND EXIT/REBOOT". Le BIOS redémarre alors la machine tout en conservant les modifications. Le PC démarre alors en mode non-EFI.
Si une LiveUSB est déjà insérée dans le PC, il devrait démarrer dessus en mode non-EFI. Si l'amorçage sur la clé ne s'opère pas, rendez-vous ici.
Bon courage si vous rencontrez ce problème, lorsque l'on a la solution tout devient plus simple ! Merci malbo.

Non, puisque tu as mis UEFI sur "DISABLE", tu as imposé que le démarrage se fasse uniquement en mode non-EFI (mode Bios classique). Tu aurais donc dû écrire :

Si une LiveUSB est déjà insérée dans le PC, elle devrait alors démarrer en mode non-EFI

Dans ton post #4 remplaces toute occurence de EFI par Legacy.
Ton tuto est structurellement correct mais t'as pas saisi que UEFI et EFI sont des synonymes. En l'état ton tuto, bien utile par ailleurs, ne sèmera que confusions, malentendus et au pire : du sang et de la sueur.

C'est corrigé ! Je vous laisse vérifier, j'ai essayé de faire de mon mieux.
Effectivement je n'avais pas saisi que EFI et UEFI étaient des synonymes. Je n'étais pas rentré dans le détail de la mécanique.
Si le tuto ne convient pas, je vous propose d'en rédiger un qui est juste. ça serait dommage d'induire en erreur d'autres personnes.

Tu as bien rectifié ton post #4, c'est parfait.
Ton pb étant résolu, je te prie de procéder comme suit :
1) te connecter sur le forum
2) cliquer sur "Modifier" en bas à droite de ton PREMIER post
3) modifier le titre de la discussion pour qu'il devienne :
