Tu as le message suivant parce que tu n'as pas créé le bon type de table de partition (il faut GPT et tu as MSDOS) et tu n'as pas créé de partition EFI (voir ici)
Le paquet grub-efi-amd64-signed n'as pa pu etre installer dans /target/.
En l'absence du programme de démarrage GRUB, le système ne pourra pas démarrer.
Si tout ça te semble extraordinairement compliqué, tu peux choisir de laisser faire l'installation automatique, c'est à dire sélectionner "Effacer le disque et installer Ubuntu" à l'étape "Type d'installation" mais ne coche pas la case "Chiffrer la nouvelle installation de Ubuntu pour la sécurité" et ne coche pas non plus la case "Utiliser LVM pour la nouvelle installation de Ubuntu". Cela te donnera une installation fonctionnelle

Quand l'installation sera achevée, si tu n'arrives pas à démarrer sur le Ubuntu installé, je te prie de refaire ce que j'ai décrit dans le post #23 (faire un Boot-Info et donner l'URL dans ta réponse)
