(RESOLU °Windows 10-ssd120 go me semble petit,pour ajouter ubuntu ?

Bonjjour
Ayant acheté cet ordinateur portable

je voudrais , installer ubuntu a coté de Windows
par contre le ssd est petit 120 go , je ne vois beaucoup de possibilité
de diminuer la partition Windows, pour y mettre la racine de ubuntu ?

question un peut bête, et pas des plus logique ?
est il possible de garder Windows sur le ssd,et d'installer ubuntu en entier sur le hdd
est ce que ubuntu , n'étant pas sur le disque ou se trouve la partition EFI va démarrer  ?
je voudrais bien avoir , une réponse claire sur cela ?

en principe le ssd est pour la rapidité , mais personnellement je n'en ais jamais utilisé
et je me plaint pas de rapidité ?

Les deux OS sur le SSD et les données des OS sur le HDD. Motif : pour que le démarrage soit rapide pour les deux OS et non pas pour un OS favorisé (Win) et Ubuntu qui rame.
ça donne :
SSD : 100 Go pour Windows (il faudra diminuer la taille du disque C: pour dégager de la place pour Ubuntu) et 20 Go pour Ubuntu (seulement une partition racine, pas de swap puisque l'ordi a 8 Go de RAM, pas de partition /home)
HDD : une seule partition de stockage NTFS qui occupe toute la place du disque. Les données de Windows et Ubuntu sont stockées dans cette unique partition qui est utilisée comme si c'était un disque dur externe, je veux dire pour du stockage de données uniquement. Le type de table de partition du HDD peut être indifféremment MSDOS ou GPT.

EDIT : si ces indications sommaires sont insuffisantes pour toi, je te prie de faire un Boot-Info de la situation actuelle (Win10 tout seul, avant installation de Ubuntu) et de donner l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse. On pourra sûrement donner des conseils en plus.

Pour réduire la taille du disque C: de Windows, ça ne se fait pas en claquant des doigts. Tu trouveras les conseils nécessaires dans ce tuto de ikewdu (*) : http://ikewdu.free.fr/optimiser-espace- … n-windows/

(*) après avoir fréquenté un temps le forum ubuntu-fr, l'ami ikewdu sévit actuellement sur http://forums.cnetfrance.fr/

en fait le portable son ssd n'est pas très grand et il contient
d'après ce que j'ai pu voir sur le gestionnaire des disques de Windows 10
ssd= partition  C
partition efi 429 mo
et une partition de réinstallation, je ne connais pas trop la grandeur

le sécure boot n'était pas activé , la Machine a l'air de bien fonctionner en live cd Ubuntu 16.04.1
mais j'ai peur que le ssd soit petit, en principe 120 go mais déjà 3 partitions dedans ( C )
et hdd a coté

Ton ssd à une table de partition gpt, t'as droit à 128 partoches primaires moins une, la partoche EFI. Donc tu réduis la C sous windows de sorte que tu y niches la partition / racine d'ubu (sans swap)

Le reste sera du stockage sur le HD comme dit Malbo. Cela pour la technique car :

en plus il appartient a mon amie ,voir si elle va m'autoriser a le passer sur Ubuntu

Tu dois commencer par-là car, à chacun ses billes et désirs.

Oui, Windows 10 est installé en mode EFI et il conviendra d'installer également Ubuntu en mode EFI. Pour installer Ubuntu en mode EFI, il faut le faire depuis une session live de Ubuntu démarrée en mode EFI. déjà la j'ai fais quelques tests pour voir la validité de la chose si je peut dire
d'accord pour mon Amie cet une autre histoire !

par contre personnellement je verrais bien le home sur le HDD ce qui me ferais gagner quelques go
par rapport a ne créer qu'une seule partition qui contient tout sur le ssd

et de faire la partition de partage Windows Ubuntu plus petite

d'un autre coté je connais bien l'installation en EFI mais sur une Machine sans Windows
ce serais mon premier double boot Windows 10 Ubuntu

Force lui la main pour autre chose si tu veux mais je te conseille de ne pas forcer la main de ton amie pour installer Linux. Pour Linux, il faut vraiment qu'elle en ait envie.

le sda est en  GPT et le sdb en ms dos,
je suis retourné en live cd pour ce cliché

il y a la partition :sda4  --495,00 MIB  --presque pleine ,qui se trouve en fin du ssd je me demande si cela n'est pas être  gênant pour réduire
a partir de Windows ?

Mon Amie serait d'accord , pour essayer Ubuntu

le problème c'est que Windows risque de se sentir  a l'étroit 
surtout qu'il n'y a pas grand chose d'installé dessus

je regarderais tout l'heure combien je pourrais réduire

La ligne /dev/sda3 correspond à ton disque C: de Windows : on peut voir qu'il est occupé à 44% donc la proposition que je t'ai faite dans le post #2 de diminuer la taille de C: pour la passer à 100 Go afin de libérer 20 Go pour Ubuntu est faisable. De plus, je t'ai donné des indications nécessaires pour cela dans le post #4.

je viens de faire une simulation du disque ( C )  c'est les tailles maximum qu'il m'indique je suppose
cela me dit  ( C ) taille totale  avant réduction --113348 Mo
--espace de réduction disponible en Mo---58504
--quantité d'espace a réduire en MO---58504
--taille totale en MO après réduction 58884

je ne sait plus combien cela fait de Go  ?

sur le hdd , comme tu en parle en #4
qui est en ms dos

En premier lieu, il faut déplacer Mes documents de Windows 10 sur la partition NTFS de stockage. J'ai trouvé ce tuto qui me semble correct pour t'aider à faire ça : https://informatique-beaujolaise.blogsp … autre.html
Pareil pour Mes Images, Mes vidéos, Téléchargements, etc...
Quand ce sera fait, il faudra s'occuper de configurer Ubuntu afin que les dossiers créés soient utilisés également par Ubuntu. Dans les options de Firefox, il faudra spécifier l'emplacement du dossier Téléchargement qui se trouve sur la partition NTFS de stockage. Après cela, le dossier de téléchargement depuis Windows (Téléchargements) sera le même que le dossier téléchargement depuis Ubuntu.
