Problème de mise en veille intempestive (sous libre office)

Bonjour,

Je viens vers vous car à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas trouvé de solution à mon problème. J'ai longuement parcouru les forums et les diverses réponses vers lesquelles google me redirigeait sans aucun résultat. Alors j'en viens à poser directement ma question.

J'ai fais l’acquisition d'un ordinateur portable Aurore de chez LDLC, sur lequel j'ai installé Ubuntu 16.04.2. Tout allait bien, jusqu'au moment où je me suis mis à utiliser Open Office. A chaque fois que j'utilise open office et seulement lui (pour l'instant du moins), mon ordinateur se met en veille et me fait par d'un message d'erreur que je vous copie ci-dessous, du moins les grandes lignes car je n'arrive pas à trouver comment copier coller le message d'erreur entier car je ne peux pas ouvrir le fichier de rapport.

Tout d'abord merci pour la réponse et désolé pour la mienne qui arrive tardivement. C'est bien LibreOffice que j'utilise c'est une erreur de ma part. Pour la première commande :

Tiens, ton retour est très curieux, je ne comprend pas la syntaxe de ce source.list et il est réglé sur un serveur (ikoula) : il est toujours préférable de rester sur les serveurs génériques.
Donc le mieux est de tout nettoyer :

Passe un

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Si gksu et gedit ne sont pas installés :

sudo apt-get install gksu 
sudo apt-get install gedit

Dans le fichier qui s'ouvre, remplace tout par tout ceci :

Je découvre Ubuntu depuis pas trop longtemps du coup je risque d'avoir des questions basiques.

Machine à jour tu parles d'ubuntu ?

En revanche le cash vient de survenir même si il a été plus long à se déclarer. 

En gros il dit : Désolé, Ubuntu 16.04 à rencontré une erreur interne.

@ikoula : pas d’offense, mais mon expérience montre que les serveurs génériques sont plus tranquilles que les miroirs spécifiques (dont je salue le boulot) - sinon, bravo pour la veille sur ton nom et son suivi wink
@tarkan99 : bisnext est détaillé mais un poil fastidieux, non ?

Arf, ouiche, tu as une GPU Intel, donc pas de lien avec ce bug...
..j'en vois d'autres concernant intel mais ils sont loins de tes symptômes, par contre je vois que tu as un kernel hwe : tu as fait la manip à la main ?

Si vous installez directement la 16.04.2, il semblerait que vous serez mis à niveau automatiquement vers le noyau et serveur X de version supérieure lors de la sortie de chaque nouvelle "point release"....

Au commentaire #12, nam1962 s'interrogeait sur la provenance du paquet " xserver-xorg-core-hwe-16.04 " . Il semblerait que ce dernier fasse partie de l'installation de base d'Ubuntu 16.04.2, donc rien à modifier à ce niveau, à mon avis.

@ikoula oui ma machine est à jour. Je me suis aperçu en revanche que j'avais installer la version 32 bit d'Ubuntu. Je n'en connait pas l'incidence réelle sur mon problème, mais j'ai installé la version 64 bit afin d'essayer. Sinon j'essayerais d'installer un autre kernel.
