[Résolu] Connexion enceinte bluetooth instable Realtek RTL8723AE

Bonjour,

Je parviens à connecter et utiliser mon enceinte Bose Mini Sound Link de manière instable, c'est-à-dire que je parviens à la connecter de manière aléatoire, parfois elle n'est pas détectée, parfois oui, et quand j'arrive à la connecter, si je l'éteins, je ne parviens plus ensuite à la reconnecter. J'ai essayé plusieurs manipulations en cherchant sur les forums, mais rien n'y fait. Voici les dernières informations que je peux donner:

C'est une carte :

RTL8723AE

et pas RTL2783AE

Tu as fait une inversion dans ton titre de discussion.

Puis j'ai supprimé le paquet obexd-server et intallé le paquet gnome-bluetooth 3.8.2.1-0ubuntu4.2.
Ensuite ça marche sous réserve de lever le soft block du bluetooth après le démarrage avec la commande  :

 AAA@bbb:~$ rfkill list
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
1: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: yes
	Hard blocked: no
AAA@bbb:~$ sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth

Le périphérique apparaît ensuite dans pulseaudio et il n'y a plus qu'à sélectionner le profil A2DP dans l'onglet configuration.
Voilà, j'espère que ça rendra service.

J'ai installé les paquets de la ligne de commande ci-dessus.

Le paquet obexd-server n'est pas installé sur mon ordinateur. A quoi sert le paquet gnome-bluetooth 3.8.2.1-0ubuntu4.2 et comment l'installer? Je ne voudrais pas faire de fausse manoeuvre.

A quoi sert le paquet gnome-bluetooth 3.8.2.1-0ubuntu4.2 et comment l'installer? Je ne voudrais pas faire de fausse manoeuvre.

La réponse date du 10/08/2016, il est possible qu'il existe une version de ce paquet plus récente.

Tu as synaptic dans ton système pour chercher le paquet gnome-bluetooth actuel ?

Je n'utilise pas synaptic, mais les lignes de commande. Je voudrais savoir à quoi sert le paquet gnome-bluetooth 3.8.2.1-0ubuntu4.2 avant de l'installer. Je suis débutant sur ubuntu et dans les discussions, j'ai vu que des utilisateurs ont installé tout un tas de paquets et que ça peut poser problème. Je préfère être prudent, c'est l'ordi sur lequel je travaille.

Tente :

sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart

Ton noyau :

est celui de de la version 14.04.2 qui n'est plus maintenue depuis août 2016.

J'ai déjà tenté diverses solutions comme indiquées dans le post doc.ubuntu-fr.org/bluetooth#problemes_de_comportement, mais le problème persiste, l'association et la connexion à l'enceinte sont aléatoires et instables.

Ton noyau :

3.16.0-77-generic

est celui de de la version 14.04.2 qui n'est plus maintenue depuis août 2016.

Je ne connais pas assez ubuntu pour savoir ce que cela signifie et ce qu'il faut faire. Peux-tu m'expliquer? Est-ce que cela a un lien avec le bluetooth?

Ton système est sur un noyau qui n'a plus de mises à jour depuis 08/2016 et cela peut avoir des conséquences sur l'ensemble.

Peut tu montrer les noyaux installés :

dpkg -l | grep -Ei "linux-(g|h|i|lo|si|t)"

et ton sources.list :

find /etc/apt -name '*.list' -exec bash -c 'echo -e "\n$1\n"; nl -ba "$1"' _ '{}' \;

La version utopic

Ubuntu 14.10 («The Utopic Unicorn»)

Depuis le 23 juillet 2015, Ubuntu 14.10 est en fin de vie (end of life, EOL). Elle ne profite plus de nouvelle mise à jour de sécurité et les paquets logiciels pour cette version sont déplacés dans des serveurs d'archive. Pour continuer à recevoir des mises à jour de sécurité, veuillez mettre à niveau votre version d'Ubuntu vers une version activement soutenue.

mais ces noyaux étaient utilisés dans le ltsenablementstack

Il faudrait aller au moins sur la version 14.04.5 LTS avec des noyaux de série 4.4 et maintenue jusqu'en avril 2021.

Rajout > doc trusty

Il faut attendre un avis plus expert que le mien.

j'émets l'hypothèse que le serveur de logiciel retenu est le serveur français qui ne connaît pas les logiciels germaniques.  On n'est clairement pas à jour.

Dans ton rapport bixnext, on voit que tu n'es plus en 14.10 mais en 14.04.5 qui est une lts

Ce que tu peux penser à faire, est d'installer la version 16.04.3 à coté de ta version actuelle afin de voir si  cela résout le problème  de connexion.
Il suffit que tu bootes avec un support d'installation et que tu lances gparted et que tu rétrécisses SDA1 d'environ 25 go. car tu as de la place

Il faudrait installer le HWE stack de Xenial, c'est expliqué dans la doc Passer à la dernière étape de version LTS et rechercher « Pour passer au HWE stack de Xenial (équipé du noyau 4.4.0-x) », là il faudra choisir en fonction de l'architecture (si j'ai bien compris, Ubuntu est en version 32 bits).

Merci pour vos réponses. Je ne comprends pas tout mais je vais suivre vos conseils.

Remarque: j'avais choisi des serveurs allemands suite à la lecture de cette discussion Somme de contrôle de hachage incohérente car je n'arrivais pas à installer hplip-3.16.11, il y avait toujours la même erreur, et le fait de changer les serveurs avait permis d'aboutir.

Suivant tes recommandations Bougron, j'ai fait un sudo apt-get update puis

Mon système est en 32 bits. Qu'est-ce qui est préférable (il semble que j'ai aussi des soucis avec la carte graphique intégrée, en particulier quand j'utilise un 2ème écran pour la bureautique)?
-  installer la version 16.04.3 en 32 bits à côté de la version actuelle comme tu le proposes Bougron?
- installer carrément la version 16.04.3 en 32 bits?
-  installer le HWE stack de Xenial comme tu le proposes cqfd93?

Quelque  soit la solution que tu retiennes, rien ne prouve que cela sera efficace pour résoudre ton problème.
La solution 1 te permet d'avoir une version 16.04 et une version 14.04.           Tu peux alors voir si c'est résolu ou pas.  Tu peux choisir l'une ou  ou l'autre version. Si ton installation de 16.04 est difficile, tu as toujours la version 14.04 opérationnelle.   Si ta version 16.04 ne résous pas le problème, tu peux essayer avec la version 17.04 voir la version 17.10.
La solution 2 te permet d'avoir seulement la version 16.04 au risque de constater que c'est pire.
La solution 3 te permet d'avoir ensemble les versions 14.04 et 16.04 avec un choix au démarrage. Mais cet upgrade ne se passe pas toujours bien et tu pourrais avoir besoin d'aide pour finir l'installation. Pendant tout ce temps, tu ne peux rien  faire sauf à attendre des conseils dont l'un pourrait être "Fais une installation neuve".

Merci pour ces précieux et sages conseils Bougron. Comme je le disais dans un précédent post, je travaille avec cet ordi. Aussi je vais être très prudent et ne pas utiliser le bluetooth pour l'instant. J'ai déjà sauvegardé mes données, quand j'aurai du temps je réinstallerai ubuntu entièrement.
Avec le matériel que j'ai, peux-tu me dire si ça te semble intéressant d'installer la version 16.04 en 32 bits pour un usage bureautique et internet, sachant que je suis très content de la version 14, ces petits soucis mis à part.
