Impossible d'utiliser le coeur graphique du chipset
Bonjour,
Voici le modèle du PC : http://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00225652.html
Je dispose dans le PC d'un GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 et d'un GPU interne à l'i7.
Mon problème, c'est que je n'arrive pas à utiliser ce GPU du chipset d'aucune façon.
Pour installer mon ubuntu, j'ai du installer les pilotes Nvidia en CLI car j'avais pas d'interface.
Maintenant j'ai une interface, mais comme j'utilise Ubuntu pour le côté boulot (Dev Web) je n'ai pas besoin d'un énorme GPU comme celui du Nvidia 1060.
Et le problème c'est que vu il n'y a que celui-la qui fonctionne, mon PC fonctionne 1heure sur batterie ...
Donc le but est de pouvoir utiliser seulement le GPU interne au chipset, bien suffisant pour le dev.
(Pour info j'utilise sur un double boot Windows le GPU Nvida pour des jeux)
Donc j'ai essayer d'installer intel-microcode en suivant cette doc : https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/intel_graphics
Pas de problème dans l'installation.
C'est quand je vais lui demander d'utiliser dans "Pilotes additionnels" d'utiliser le périphérique et que je redémarre que le splash screen disparaît rapidement pour un écran complètement noir ...
Je suis obliger de reboot en recovery pour désinstaller les pilotes et réinstaller les pilotes nvidia
Connaissez-vous un procédure pour mon chipset ?

Question bête, mais pourquoi avoir pris un ordi avec un GPU nVidia Optimus que tu n'utilises pas et qui est en plus contraignant sous GNU/Linux ?
Cette doc devrait t'aider à switcher vers la CG Intel : https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/nvidia_optimus
Il y a deux solutions je crois. Bumblebee et Prime. Je ne sais pas laquelle est la plus adaptée...

ben si il la dit, il l'utilise sous windows pour jouer
-pc principal: amd ryzen 2600, 16 go de ram, ssd nvme samsung @ linux mint 19

Regarde dans ton bios/efi, ce que tu peux faire.. Le plus simple est de garder qu'une seule carte.
Si tu veux exclure la nvidia, il faut utiliser la méthode "acpi call" , pour exclure la dédiée, ou utiliser la méthode des BusID en rendant inactif ce que l'on ne veut pas.
Ensuite, il y a les méthodes de cohabitation ( 2cartes), qui à vrai dire, n'apportent pas grand chose. C'est du marketing bling bling, toutes ces histoires de technologie hybride; la montagne qui accouche d'une souris.

Alors justement quand je switchais sur intel j'avais plus rien qui fonctionnait
J'ai reinstall tout ubuntu, maintenant je suis sur le chipset intel, je n'ai rien fait de particulier ...
Cette fois-ci je l'ai fait au boulot avec un cable ethernet, donc je pense qu'il a pu installer les bons pilotes dès l'installation.
Mais maintenant, j'ai un autre problème ...
Je suis en dual screen, en hdmi.
Mais mon deuxième écran n'est pas fonctionnel.
En faite je vois sur le deuxième écran mon fond écran avec écrit en bas "Ubuntu 17.04" comme si il restait sur l'écran de login (sauf qu'il y a aucun menu, ni boite de dialogue) alors que je suis connecté à ma session sur l'autre écran normalement.
Quand je passe la souris sur le deuxième écran je la vois. Quand je glisse une autre fenêtre sur l'autre écran, je ne vois que la souris, aucune fenêtre ne s'affiche.
Quand je vais dans les paramètre d'affichage, j'ai tout qui est configuré, mais lorsque je clique sur "detecter les écrans" je vois bien le nom de mon ecran principal en haut à gauche mais pas sur le deuxième écran.
Ça m'a l'air complément buggé.

Je viens de passer ma journée à essayer de faire fonctionné et cela ne marche toujours pas ...
J'ai décider de passer par Windows avec une VM Ubuntu Et ET ET !!!
Bah j'ai le même bug de dual screen avec juste la souris qui est affiché et pas les fenêtes (le fond d'écran ne se met pas à jour) ...
