L'installation d'ubuntu ne se complète pas

Bonjour,
J'ai installé Ubuntu sur mon PC portable en écrasant W10. Le problème est à chaque fois que je redémarre l'ordinateur, il me fait repasser par le système d'installation (je dois choisir si je veut essayer Ubuntu ou l'installer) et quand je quitte le programme d'installation, j'arrive sur une session d'Ubuntu à peu près fonctionnelle. Mais si je modifie des réglages sur cette session (la langue en l'occurence), quand je redémarre l'orinateur j'ai le même problème et quand je ferme le programme d'installation, je retrouve une session aux réglages par défaut (langue en anglais). Que faire?!?

De quelle manière as-tu installé ubuntu? Est-ce que tu lance ta session depuis une clé usb ou un cd?

Depuis une clé usb?! Ce n'est pas une installation! C'est ce que l'on appelle un live-usb, comme l'a dit Nasman il faut enlever ta clé avant le démarrage, tout devrait rentrer dans l'ordre ... si tu as déjà lancé l'installation depuis cette clé usb bien sûr.

Quand je l'éteins, retire la clé USB et l'allume ça me fait "The selected boot device failed. Press <Enter> to continue.". Et quand je presse enter ça arrête l'ordinateur.

Je suppose que tu n'as pas installé Ubuntu...

Le rapport semble montrer un système sain. Tu as bien installé ubuntu. Alors je pense que ton bios est mal configuré quant à l'ordre de boot. Va dans le bios et définis de booter sur le disque ata-ST100....

En l'état, ton Ubuntu installé sur le disque dur ne peut pas démarrer parce que la partition EFI (sda1) a son système de fichiers qui est cassé (on voit "unknown filesystem type" dans le Boot-Info). Pour qu'on puisse te donner les bons conseils, ce serait utile que tu donnes le nom commercial complet (*) du modèle de ton ordi et son fabricant.

(*) le nom commercial complet - du genre "UX31A-R4003P" et pas seulement "UX31A" - afin de bien identifier le modèle précisément (et non pas une famille de modèles)

Pour le wifi, il faudra rajouter une clé wifi.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai acheté un TP-Link TL-WN722N v2.0
Cela fonctionne, mais seulement sur Ubuntu (aussi kubuntu, lubuntu, etc), mais pas même sur ses dérivés, comme Elementary

Do not count on module parameter help. Making such a parameter for the RTL8723BE has led to considerable grief for me due to inconsiderate, demanding users. For that reason, I have decided never to do that again. The users will need to complain to their vendors. Perhaps, HP will either decide to spend a few pennies more to put two antennas in their laptop, or finally figure out how to encode the EFUSE in the device to match the connector they are using for their single antenna.

As long as Windows and Linux both have weak signal, take off the bottom of the laptop and move the antenna connector to the other post. That should improve the signal.

Ne comptez pas sur l'aide des paramètres du module. Faire un tel paramètre pour le RTL8723BE m' a causé beaucoup de désagrément à cause d'utilisateurs inconsidérés et exigeants. C'est pour cette raison que j'ai décidé de ne plus jamais recommencer. Les utilisateurs devront se plaindre auprès de leurs fournisseurs. Peut-être, HP décidera soit de dépenser quelques centimes de plus pour mettre deux antennes dans leur ordinateur portable, soit de trouver comment encoder l'EFUSE dans le périphérique pour correspondre au connecteur qu'ils utilisent pour leur antenne unique.

Tant que Windows et Linux ont tous les deux un signal faible, enlevez le bas de l'ordinateur portable et déplacez le connecteur d'antenne vers l'autre poste. Ça devrait améliorer le signal.
