problème de connexion wifi et ethernet DELL lattitude 5580

Bonjour,
Je viens de recevoir un nouvel ordinateur portable DELL lattitude 5580 et j'ai installé Ubuntu 16.04 dessus. Cependant je n'arrive à détecter aucun réseau wifi ou ethernet, j'ai du mal à trouver les bons drivers à installer sur le net, pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plait?

Il faut donner tes infos : Configuration wifi, en te servant du : Retour utilisable de commande

Avec la possibilté d'utiliser le : wificheck
Nota : un fichier wificheck.log est créé dans votre répertoire personnel, collez l'intégralité de son contenu dans votre discussion.

Astuce pour copier / coller sans erreur :

• triple clic gauche pour sélectionner et copier une ligne entière

• clic molette pour coller dans le terminal

Vu le noyau d'installation :

uname -r -m 
4.4.0-21-generic x86_64

Essaie, branché en filaire, de faire les mises à jour :

sudo apt update

sudo apt full-upgrade

et redémarrage.

J'avais donné cette réponse :

That is one of the newer 8265 Intel wifi cards and it should work in Ubuntu 16.10. The downside of using 16.10 is that it will not be supported after July 2017
C'est l'une des plus récentes cartes wifi 8265 Intel et cela devrait fonctionner dans Ubuntu 16.10. L'inconvénient de l'utilisation de 16.10 est qu'il ne sera pas pris en charge après juillet 2017

dans [SOLVED] HP Probook 450 G4 - No Wireless Networks Showing - Fresh 16.04 Install

Il faudrait tester une version 17.04 avec les noyaux 4.10 !

Maintenant, il faudrait tester avec la version 17.10.

Rajout - ou une version 16.04.3 LTS avec un noyau 4.10.

Merci pour ta réponse rapide xubu1957. Malheureusement l'ordinateur ne reconnait pas non plus les connexions filaires. Il m'a été livré avec ubuntu 16.04 donc je pense que c'est possible mais j'ai voulu le réinstaller car les configurations mises par les employés de DELL étaient très bizares et je devais les changer dès que je voulais faire un nouveau truc (liste des dépots vide ou le fait qu'il n'y avait pas d'autre session a part la guest et donc je ne pouvais pas sudo et d'autres trucs du genre).

Quand je tape "ifconfig" l'ethernet et le wifi ne sont même pas listés. Y a-t-il moyen de les activer via une commande console sans avoir téléchargé de nouveaux drivers?

Tu n'as pas des options dans le BIOS pour activer le WLAN ?
