PC s'éteint 10 secondes après apparition du bureau

Bonjour,

me voilà avec un nouveau problème sur ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

Après avoir réglé d'autres soucis (voir post), je me retrouve de nouveau bloqué avec autre chose!

Après quelques mises à jour validées, mon PC portable Toshiba démarre correctement, arrive sur le bureau puis s'éteint brusquement après 10 secondes environ!

J'ai d'abord pensé à mon cordon d'alimentation HS mais non car testé j'ai bien 19V qui arrivent.
La batterie est morte depuis longtemps.

Lorsque j'essaie de démarrer sur cordon SANS batterie, impossible de lancer ubuntu, cela démarre puis s'arrête de suite.
Lorsque que j'essaie de démarrer sur cordon AVEC la batterie, je retrouve le schéma d'apparition du bureau , 10 secondes et extinction du PC.

J'ai pensé également à un problème de carte mère, j'ai démonté entièrement le PC, nettoyé et vérifié les connexions, nettoyé au passage processeur et ventilation (pâte thermique neuve).

Même résultat, j'ai envisagé que mon PC était HS!!!

Puis j'ai tenté un mode "recovery" ou quelque chose comme ça au démarrage, cela n'a pas finalisé parce-qu'il manquait des éléments (je n'ai pas bien compris les indications) et ai été obligé de suivre le process qui a relancé le PC.

Là, j'ai obtenu l'ouverture de cession qui maintenant ne s'éteint plus ou je peux travailler mais j'ai un bureau en mode graphique "dégradé" ressemblant à une résolution de 800 environ avec lenteur de réactivité et curseur assez lent!
C'est arrivé ce matin et je n'ose pas éteindre le PC de peur de perdre de nouveau l'accès!

Etant encore novice, je n'ose pas jouer avec le feu au terminal et faire n'importe quoi.

Mais il semble logique que mon PC ne soit pas en cause mais plutôt un problème résultant des dernières mises à jour...

En moins d'une heure tout est réglé.

C'est vrai mais c'est radical et je n'apprend rien car mon but est aussi de devenir autonome comme je l'étais sous windows.

De plus ce n'est pas si simple car j'ai galéré à l'installation d'ubuntu pour différents paramètres (voir ce post ou celui-là)

Je n'ai pas vraiment envie de me reprendre la tête avec ça.

Ton problème semble lié à la carte graphique. Donne le retour de :

Je ne vais pas pouvoir vraiment t'aider mais je déplace ce sujet dans la section Affichage, tu auras peut-être plus de chance d'y trouver de l'aide.

Bien, l'ordi à redémarré et j'ai récupéré le bureau normal et il ne s'éteint plus (pour l'instant)!

Cependant, la fonction redémarrage ne fonctionne toujours pas, il reste un curseur blanc au lancement après le visuel carte-mère du départ.
Je dois donc éteindre au bouton et redémarrer manuellement (ceci depuis mon installation d'ubuntu en début d'année).

De plus, le PC reste en ventilation forcée en permanence.

Cela ne doit pas être tout réglé...

As-tu installé tlp ?

Bonjour xubu1957,

merci de nouveau pour ton aide... j'utilise rarement l’interrupteur!

J'éteint le PC par le bouton du bureau (fermeture cession-veille ou éteindre). j'utilise l'interrupteur du PC suite aux MAJ qui redémarrent le PC et LA je suis obligé d'appuyer sur l'inter pour éteindre manuellement l'ordi et "relancer la machine"ensuite.

Concernant TLP, oui je l'avais installé mais avec les différentes procédures réalisées ensuite pour me dépanner de ces problèmes divers il n'est sans doute plus actif ayant nettoyé - supprimé des apt - dépendances... afin de supprimer ce sens interdit récalcitrant.

Dans la logithèque Ubuntu, en onglet "installées" c'est une page blanche... dans synaptic j'ai ça:

Pour mes ordis portables, je n'ai que deux noyaux grâce à nany > Automatiser le nettoyage sur un système sain.

Et oui, sans tout comprendre il semble que j'ai fait une connerie en installant ce freetuxtv... bien que je l'ai désinstallé au terminal ensuite, ce que je suppose être "des dépendances" sont toujours présents...

Je devrai sans-doute déjà supprimer ça avant de voir les noyaux comme proposé par LukePerp avec bon sens, ce qui est bien plus sérieux à traiter je pense car on entre dans "le coeur" d'ubuntu là?

En appliquant la Doc > en_desinstallant_les_paquets_de_ce_ppa

Tente :

sudo apt-get install ppa-purge

puis :

sudo ppa-purge ppa:freetuxtv/freetuxtv-dev

Ceci permet de faire un rappel : les PPA sont réservés à ceux qui savent gérer !

Bonjour,

j'écris depuis mon PC familial car mon Portable avec ubuntu vient de lâcher: problème de condensateur sur l'alimentation je crois!!!

Finalement, les MAJ n'étaient sans doute pas en cause... mais restera à régler ce freetuxtv si je sauve mon PC.

Donc je stoppe les démarches de dépannage dans l'attente de savoir si je vais pouvoir relancer le PC en changeant ce condo (si mon diagnostic est bon).

Je viendrai donner suite en fonction du résultat.

Encore une fois merci à tous pour votre présence et soutien envers les débutants comme moi.

Bonjour,

D'après mon collègue, c'est juste mon transfo d'alimentation (cordon) qui déconne... le pc fonctionne avec une autre alimentation!

Je vais donc récupérer mon PC fonctionnel bientôt.

En attendant, je suis sur le pc récupéré chez mon fils avec d'autres problèmes voir ce post

Je reviens dès que possible pour traiter ce freetuxtv-freetuxtv.

A suivre donc.
