je te garantis que j'ai une clé USB en live persistante et que je peux y installer des logiciels du style  testdisk, ddrescue  ecryptfs...et quelques autres

Je pense donc que tu as exécuté ce qui es décrit en 2.1 de cette documentation.  https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/flashplayer  Je vais regarder ce que cela donne.

Ajout
La clé USB persistante que j'ai, est la version 18.04 et ce package n'est pas encore disponible.

Utiliser REFIND au lieu du GRUB https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/refind . Aidez à vous faire dépanner en suivant le guide et en utilisant les outils de diagnostic J'ai perdu ma gomme. Désolé pour les fautes d'orthographes non corrigées.

Il n'y a pas qu'avec Flash que ça le fait, n'importe quel autre logiciel que je tente d'installer via la logitheque refuse de s'installer. Pour Flash j'ai eu droit à un message d'erreur, raison pour laquelle j'ai pu te montrer un exemple

Si tu es encore  capable de booter

sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair 
sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y boot-info 
boot-info

Relis bien ce que ça t’indique, il te propose une solution. Il y a marqué que tu as des dépendances manquantes.

sudo apt install libsmbclient

sudo apt install --reinstall  boot-info
sudo apt-get -f install
boot-info
