[Résolu] impossible d’accéder à ma session après MAJ
Re-bonjour
J'expose ici un problème qu'ont connu d'autres personnes que moi. A savoir : je ne peux plus entrer dans ma session suite à une série de MAJ. J'entre mon mdp, il n'y a pas de message d'erreur, mais la fenêtre revient sans cesse. Cependant après avoir utiliser les solutions proposées via la console (Xauthority etc..), il m'est toujours impossible d'y accéder. Ayant je pense un gros soucis sur ma version Xubuntu, je souhaite juste accéder à mon home afin de le sauvegarder sur disque externe et réinstaller xubuntu complètement.

Je te prie de démarrer ton ordi sur un support Live de Xubuntu 16.04.1 64 bits(*) en sélectionnant "Essayer Ubuntu" afin de faire une session Live. Depuis la session Live, je te prie de faire un Boot-Info en suivant les indications du paragraphe 1.2 Cas où aucun ubuntu installé sur disque n'est opérationnel. Tu donneras l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.

Non, tu peux télécharger la version 32 bits : c'est le fichier xubuntu-16.04.1-desktop-i386.iso qui est à télécharger à cette adresse : http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/relea … p-i386.iso

J'ai téléchargé l'ISO, mais malheureusement rien ne se passe quand je boot au démarrage (écran reste noir). Par contre j'avais déjà fait fait faire un diagnostic avec boot repair auparavant:

Vous voudrez peut-être re-essayer après avoir créé une partition /boot (EXT4, >200MB, en début de disque). Cela peut être réalisé via des outils tels que gParted. OK. Etant au boulot ce soir je te redirai demain. En attendant il faut que je te dise également que les dernières upgrades que j'ai faites n'étaient pas comme d'habitude. A la recherche de solutions pour les problèmes récurrents (gel, plantages, messages d'erreur, refus de travailler avec des disques externes... et alors que je fais très régulièrement mes MAJ), j'ai tapé "sudo apt-get ds upgrade". Je n'arrive pas à remettre la main sur la fameuse page doc ubuntu où il en est question (ce qui est un peu dommage), et où j'ai lu qu'elles peuvent contenir les tout derniers ajustements. Cette page est-elle périmée ? Penses-tu que le refus de session pourrait éventuellement venir de là ?

Je crois que je n'ai jamais vu cette commande. Je pense que ta mémoire te fait défaut et que la commande en question est :
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Il y a de l'info sur cette commande dans le paragraphe 4.2 Mise à jour de paquets de la doc "apt-get"

J'ai ré-essayé avec une autre clé plusieurs fois, ça ne fonctionne pas : "boot error". J'ai recommencé en choisissant disk 2 CD, et l'ordi s'est allumé mais rien n'a changé.

Oui, je dois admettre qu'il y a très probablement le tiret de 6 avant...
Finalement j'ai bossé dur cet aprem (et j'ai eu un peu de chance aussi !) : après avoir récupéré un mot de passe pour une session invité, je suis parvenu à sauvegarder mon HOME, puis j'ai graver l'ISO Xubuntu sur dvd, et cette fois ça a fonctionné. Je suis reparti à neuf en réinstallant tout le système (ce que je voulais).
