Scanner Samsung SCX 4623

Bonjour,

j'ai installé l'imprimante-scanner Samsung SCX 4623 sur mon desktop Ubuntu 16.04 32 bits à partir du driver uld_v1.00.36_00.91 ==> Aucun soucis.
J'ai fait la même chose pour mon PC fixe sur Ubuntu 16.04 64 bits ==> je peux imprimer mais pas scanner.
Quelqu'un a une idée du problème ?

Pas d'idée mais il va falloir comparer l'installation sur les 2 systèmes et voir ou le bas blesse :
pour cela donne nous le retours entre balise code des commandes suivante passé depuis un terminal dans un premier temps depuis ton portable dans ta première réponse puis depuis ton ordi fixe dans un second message, histoire de comparer les différences en profondeurs

Peut être verrons nous quelque chose de "choquant" et si non on pourras déjà restreindre le champs de recherche.

As-tu lu cette page? IL est préférable d'utiliser le dépot dédié plutôt que le pilote unifié.

C'est uniquement un problème de droit, si tu utilises le dépôt comme indiqué sur le lien de mon post #3 cela réglera le problème, car à l'installation du pilote il te demande d'ajouter ton utilisateur au bon groupe.

Lorsque je veux ajouter la clé d'authentification j'ai le message d'erreur suivant

Tu peux télécharger manuellement le paquet suldr-keyring puis l'installer ça devrais fonctionner (si tu es en 16.04). Je crois même qu'il est dans la logithèque.

Oui mais as-tu aussi installé le pilote? Le paquet suldr-keyring n'est pas le pilote. Je te conseille aussi de supprimé le pilote unifié au préalable.

D'ailleurs d'après la liste des liste_imprimantes_samsung le scanner devrait être reconnu automatiquement. Il faut donc installer le pilote recommandé sur la liste en question.

@ L'Africain : oui le pilote est installé, le scanner est reconnu par Simple Scan mais il est impossible de lancer une numérisation.

sudo gpasswd -a benjamin scanner

ce qui permet d'avoir le retour suivant

mais la numérisation est toujours impossible.

sudo adduser $USER sane

N'oublie pas de redémarrer l'ordi.

Salut,
As-tu correctement désinstallé le pilote unifié et réinstallé le pilote des dépôts? Sinon dans le dépôt dédié il y a aussi ce paquet: suld-scanner-usblp-fix.
