Fonctionnement HP 8200

Bonjour à Toutes et Tous smile

J'ai acquis en fin d'année dernière, un HP 8200 Elite (SFF) Intel i7-2600 3,4GHz, et je souhaiterai savoir si je peux améliorer, ou pas... son fonctionnement.

En tout premier, lorsque l'ordi est éteint, après avoir appuyer sur le bouton "marche", il met environ 5 secondes avant de lancer l'OS...

Est-ce normal, anormal... ?

Si non, comment puis-je remédier à cela ?

Merci de vos retours d'expériences sur ce matériel wink

j'ai tenté la question sur un forum hp, et... sad
aussi, vous me voyez... wink

après, je vous poserai des questions sur l'efi et le démarrage de l'OS... sad

Bonjour,

Regarde dans le BIOS s'il n'y a pas un délai de 5 secondes pour avoir le temps d’appuyer sur une touche (Esc ou touche de fonction par exemple) pour aller dans le BIOS, choisir le périphérique de démarrage ou autre.

Si c'est ça, réduit le délai à ta convenance et sans te bloquer (une seconde, c'est vite passé).


OS: Ubuntu 22.04 64 bits + Windows 11 64 bits en dualboot (BIOS UEFI, Secure Boot activé et table de partitions GPT)
PC portable HP 17-CP0308NF   Processeur: AMD Ryzen 7 5700U avec carte graphique AMD Lucienne intégrée au processeur.   Mémoire vive: 16 Go RAM
Quand vous ne trouvez pas la solution à un problème, cherchez des pistes menant à la solution !

J'ai le "watchdog" qui était à 5s et que je viens de désactiver !

mais, je pense que je me suis mal exprimé... le délai de 5 secondes, c'est entre le moment où, j'appuie sur le bouton marche, et le moment où l'ordi démarre son cycle, avec l'OS, (qui est debian 9 Stretch, réponse à @ares, qui n'a pas lu ma signature... wink ) où j'ai, là aussi un temps pour appuyer sur une touche pour entrer dans le bios !

si j'arrivais à comprendre ce laps de temps, que même sur le forum HP, ils n'ont pas compris... je passerai à une autre question... wink

Pour le premier temps d'attente, je ne pense pas que tu saches y faire quelque chose (mais je peux me tromper aussi).

Pour le deuxième temps d'attente, regarde dans le BIOS si le délai est modifiable.

En espérant avoir bien compris ta question.

Il se peut, que tu aies raison pour le premier temps d'attente, qui parait être comme une minuterie, car c'est régulier comme temps...

pour le second temps, je pense que c'est lié, peut-être... à l'efi, qui est pour mon ordi, galère à régler, car l'ordi a des difficultés à reconnaître les 2 derniers disques durs, pourtant déclarés dans fstab...

peut-être que j'en ai de trop, en externe...
car, j'en ai 4 de déclaré, et ils sont tous déclarés de la même façon,
