apparemment d’après vos analyse,et l’interprétation que je me fais,il semblerais que se sois plus un problème de matériel(disque dur trop lent a l’écriture) et peut être un soucis de carte graphique non, vous pensez que je devrais mettre résolu? pas la peine de mobiliser plus d'aide si le soucis semble être matériel.en tout cas je vous remercie pour toute l'aide apportera mon problème.MERCI

Si tu viens de rebooter, donnes le retour de la commande suivante. Sinon donnes-là au prochain boot.
dmesg | head -300Explication: Dans une discussion où l'utilisateur disait que le micro mettait 5 minutes à démarrer, tous les messages ci-dessus étaient au vert.
Mais dans le début, on a trouvé la trace de 5 démarrages se plantant puis du dernier qui était correct.
Il est dommages que tu ne possèdes pas une montre pour mesurer afin d'être précis
Démarrage en 10 secondes
ou
Démarrage en 15 Minutes

En intervenant dans le fichier /etc/systemd/journald.conf, il est possible entre autres soit de limiter la taille des écritures sur le disque, soit de carrément les empêcher.
Vérifie à tout hasard le retour de :
systemctl status systemd-journal-flush.service -l --no-pagerA+

non ça aurait pu etre lié a un souci optimus, mais tu n'as qu'une carte graphique intel, donc ça ne vient pas de là
je pense aussi pour un disque dur trop lent

bonjour ylag après avoir vérifier ton lien voici la solution donner
Voici les étapes pour résoudre ceci:
Faire une couleur journalctl --flush
Supprimer / Déplacer le répertoire /var/log/journal
Définir Storage=auto dans /etc/systemd/journald.conf
Redémarrez la machine
dans mon fichier /etc/systemd/journald.conf,
Storage: étais déjà en mode Storage=auto,donc j'ai rien modifier.

Utiliser REFIND au lieu du GRUB https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/refind . Aidez à vous faire dépanner en suivant le guide et en utilisant les outils de diagnostic J'ai perdu ma gomme. Désolé pour les fautes d'orthographes non corrigées.

bonjour il semble que mon problème est du au matériel disque dur notamment,vue l'age de portable 5 ou 6 ans je crois qu'il est inutile d'investir sur un ssd notamment, je vais attendre un peu et investir un un bon portable et je serais plus regardant sur la configuration matériel.je vous remercie tous et toutes pour le temps accorder a mon problème.je vais donc mettre résolu a mon post. merci encore
