Re : [Résolu] Problèmes réseaux sur un HP 15-BA048NF sous Xubuntu 16.04

Using r8168-dkms 8.041.00 with the newer 4.15 kernel on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS won't work. You'll probably need 8.045
r8168-dkms 8.045.08-3 from http://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/ubuntu/pool/universe/r/r8168/ works fine.
The system is operational now.

Note: kernel 4.15.0-24-generic has some known issues. Best to use another kernel if other problems arise.

I think I've fixed the problem. I found r8168-dkms in mirrors.edge.kernel.org/ubuntu/pool/universe/r/r8168
version 8.045.08-3 that I downloaded and successfully installed.
Since, the Ethernet driver automatically load at start and after suspend.

version:        2.3LK-NAPI

On est loin de 8.45 ..;

Naziel a écrit :

https://askubuntu.com/questions/961304/ … untu-17-10

beatrice@hp15-ubuntu:~$ printenv
XDG_VTNR=7
CLUTTER_IM_MODULE=
SESSION=xubuntu
CLUTTER_BACKEND=x11
XDG_SESSION_PATH=/org/freedesktop/DisplayManager/Session0
SESSION_MANAGER=local/hp15-ubuntu:@/tmp/.ICE-unix/1598,unix/hp15-ubuntu:/tmp/.ICE-unix/1598
DESKTOP_SESSION=xubuntu
XDG_SESSION_TYPE=x11
GDMSESSION=xubuntu
SESSIONTYPE=
XDG_SESSION_DESKTOP=xubuntu
DISPLAY=:0.0
XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=XFCE
GTK_IM_MODULE=

10/08/2018 09:13:19 ------------------ USEFUL INFORMATION ------------------
10/08/2018 09:13:19 X DAMAGE available on display, using it for polling hints.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 To disable this behavior use: '-noxdamage'
10/08/2018 09:13:19
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Most compositing window managers like 'compiz' or 'beryl'
10/08/2018 09:13:19 cause X DAMAGE to fail, and so you may not see any screen
10/08/2018 09:13:19 updates via VNC. Either disable 'compiz' (recommended) or
10/08/2018 09:13:19 supply the x11vnc '-noxdamage' command line option.
10/08/2018 09:13:19
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Wireframing: -wireframe mode is in effect for window moves.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 If this yields undesired behavior (poor response, painting
10/08/2018 09:13:19 errors, etc) it may be disabled:
10/08/2018 09:13:19 - use '-nowf' to disable wireframing completely.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 - use '-nowcr' to disable the Copy Rectangle after the
10/08/2018 09:13:19 moved window is released in the new position.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Also see the -help entry for tuning parameters.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 You can press 3 Alt_L's (Left "Alt" key) in a row to
10/08/2018 09:13:19 repaint the screen, also see the -fixscreen option for
10/08/2018 09:13:19   periodic repaints.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Note: '-scale' is on and this can cause more problems.
10/08/2018 09:13:19
10/08/2018 09:13:19 XFIXES available on display, resetting cursor mode
10/08/2018 09:13:19   to: '-cursor most'.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 to disable this behavior use: '-cursor arrow'
10/08/2018 09:13:19   or '-noxfixes'.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 using XFIXES for cursor drawing.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 GrabServer control via XTEST.
10/08/2018 09:13:19
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Scroll Detection: -scrollcopyrect mode is in effect to
10/08/2018 09:13:19 use RECORD extension to try to detect scrolling windows
10/08/2018 09:13:19 (induced by either user keystroke or mouse input).
10/08/2018 09:13:19 If this yields undesired behavior (poor response, painting
10/08/2018 09:13:19 errors, etc) it may be disabled via: '-noscr'
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Also see the -help entry for tuning parameters.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 You can press 3 Alt_L's (Left "Alt" key) in a row to
10/08/2018 09:13:19 repaint the screen, also see the -fixscreen option for
10/08/2018 09:13:19   periodic repaints.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Note: '-scale' is on and this can cause more problems.

10/08/2018 09:13:19 XKEYBOARD: number of keysyms per keycode 7 is greater
10/08/2018 09:13:19   than 4 and 51 keysyms are mapped above 4.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Automatically switching to -xkb mode.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 If this makes the key mapping worse you can
10/08/2018 09:13:19 disable it with the "-noxkb" option.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Also, remember "-remap DEAD" for accenting characters.
10/08/2018 09:13:19

******************************************************************************
Have you tried the x11vnc '-ncache' VNC client-side pixel caching feature yet?

The scheme stores pixel data offscreen on the VNC viewer side for faster
retrieval. It should work with any VNC viewer. Try it by running:

    x11vnc -ncache 10 ...

One can also add -ncache_cr for smooth 'copyrect' window motion.

#@                                                           @#
#@ You can also use the -passwdfile or -passwd options. @#
#@ (note -passwd is unsafe if local users are not trusted) @#
#@                                                           @#

#@ Use x11vnc -usepw to automatically use your @#
#@  ~/.vnc/passwd or ~/.vnc/passwdfile password files.       @#
#@ (and prompt you to create ~/.vnc/passwd if neither @#
#@ file exists.) Under -usepw, x11vnc will exit if it @#
#@ cannot find a password to use. @#
#@                                                           @#
#@                                                           @#
#@ Even with a password, the subsequent VNC traffic is @#
#@ sent in the clear. Consider tunnelling via ssh(1): @#
#@                                                           @#

10/08/2018 09:17:39 ------------------ USEFUL INFORMATION ------------------
10/08/2018 09:17:39 X DAMAGE available on display, using it for polling hints.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 To disable this behavior use: '-noxdamage'
10/08/2018 09:17:39
10/08/2018 09:17:39 Most compositing window managers like 'compiz' or 'beryl'
10/08/2018 09:17:39 cause X DAMAGE to fail, and so you may not see any screen
10/08/2018 09:17:39 updates via VNC. Either disable 'compiz' (recommended) or
10/08/2018 09:17:39 supply the x11vnc '-noxdamage' command line option.
10/08/2018 09:17:39
10/08/2018 09:17:39 Wireframing: -wireframe mode is in effect for window moves.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 If this yields undesired behavior (poor response, painting
10/08/2018 09:17:39 errors, etc) it may be disabled:
10/08/2018 09:17:39 - use '-nowf' to disable wireframing completely.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 - use '-nowcr' to disable the Copy Rectangle after the
10/08/2018 09:17:39 moved window is released in the new position.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 Also see the -help entry for tuning parameters.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 You can press 3 Alt_L's (Left "Alt" key) in a row to
10/08/2018 09:17:39 repaint the screen, also see the -fixscreen option for
10/08/2018 09:17:39   periodic repaints.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 Note: '-scale' is on and this can cause more problems.
10/08/2018 09:17:39
10/08/2018 09:17:39 XFIXES available on display, resetting cursor mode
10/08/2018 09:17:39   to: '-cursor most'.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 to disable this behavior use: '-cursor arrow'
10/08/2018 09:17:39   or '-noxfixes'.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 using XFIXES for cursor drawing.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 GrabServer control via XTEST.
10/08/2018 09:17:39
10/08/2018 09:17:39 Scroll Detection: -scrollcopyrect mode is in effect to
10/08/2018 09:17:39 use RECORD extension to try to detect scrolling windows
10/08/2018 09:17:39 (induced by either user keystroke or mouse input).
10/08/2018 09:17:39 If this yields undesired behavior (poor response, painting
10/08/2018 09:17:39 errors, etc) it may be disabled via: '-noscr'
10/08/2018 09:17:39 Also see the -help entry for tuning parameters.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 You can press 3 Alt_L's (Left "Alt" key) in a row to
10/08/2018 09:17:39 repaint the screen, also see the -fixscreen option for
10/08/2018 09:17:39   periodic repaints.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 Note: '-scale' is on and this can cause more problems.
10/08/2018 09:17:39
10/08/2018 09:17:39 XKEYBOARD: number of keysyms per keycode 7 is greater
10/08/2018 09:17:39   than 4 and 51 keysyms are mapped above 4.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 Automatically switching to -xkb mode.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 If this makes the key mapping worse you can
10/08/2018 09:17:39 disable it with the "-noxkb" option.
10/08/2018 09:17:39 Also, remember "-remap DEAD" for accenting characters.

Une petite idée, j'ai débranché l'écran externe, et maintenant, j'ai ceci:

FrameBuffer Info:
 width:            1366
 height:           768
 scaled_width:     1256

10/08/2018 09:13:19 Xinerama is present and active (e.g. multi-head).
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Xinerama: number of sub-screens: 2
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Xinerama: enabling -xwarppointer mode to try to correct
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Xinerama: mouse pointer motion. XTEST+XINERAMA bug.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Xinerama: Use -noxwarppointer to force XTEST.
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Xinerama: sub-screen[0]  1366x768+0+0
10/08/2018 09:13:19 Xinerama: sub-screen[1]  1920x1080+1366+0

'x11vnc -display :0 -v -o /home/beatrice/x11vnc.log -scale 0.92

https://linux.die.net/man/1/x11vnc a écrit :

-clip WxH+X+Y

Only show the sub-region of the full display that
    corresponds to the rectangle geometry with size WxH and offset +X+Y. The VNC display has size WxH (i.e. smaller than the full display). This also works for -id/-sid mode where the offset is relative to the upper left corner of the selected window. An example use of this option would be to split a large (e.g. Xinerama) display into two parts to be accessed via separate viewers by running a separate x11vnc on each part.
Use '-clip xinerama0' to clip to the first xinerama
    sub-screen (if xinerama is active). xinerama1 for the 2nd sub-screen, etc. This way you don't need to figure out the WxH+X+Y of the desired xinerama sub-screen. screens are sorted in increasing distance from the (0,0) origin (I.e. not the Xserver's order).

Donc -clip xinerama0
