[Résolu] Problème imprimante Dell 1320C état inactif.
Bonjour,
J'ai une imprimante dell color laser 1320C, Je suis sous Ubuntu studio 16.04 LTS. Elle fonctionnait très bien sous 14.04 lts puis 16.04 lts depuis 4 ans environ. Soudainement
état de l'imprimante indique : inactif. ( Après test, elle fonctionne sous windows 7) Je suis utilisateur mais mes connaissances en informatique sont très limitées. Très peu de connaissance informatique et un Anglais médiocre n'aidant pas trop. Je bataille depuis quelques jours avant de me décider à demander de l'aide ici. Il me semble qu'elle utilisait un pilote générique. J'ai vu qu'avec le pilote xerox(Fuji_Xerox-DocuPrint_C525_A_AP-1.0-1.i386.rpm) cela fonctionnait bien mais la manip n'est pas à ma portée... Je fonctionne pourtant avec ubuntu depuis 2011 est je ne veux pas autre chose. J'ai un rapport d'erreur au besoin si quelqu'un peux m'aider.

À première vue, ton souci est un classique l'imprimante se met en hors connexion, soir parce qu'il y a un souci matériel, câble ou contrôleur, soit un souci de détection, donc
une tu changes de port USB
si pas d'amélioration
deux tu changes ton câble
et dans tout les cas tu vérifies que la case activée est bien cochée

je reviens n'ayant toujours pas réglé mon problème. J'ai trouvé ce poste de IMAGINE et j'ai le même problème avec la même machine mais je n'arrive pas à obtenir le pilote: Fuji_xerox-DocPrint_C525_A_AP-1.0-1.i386 les lien ne fonctionnent plus et je ne trouve nulle part!

A propos par rapport à ma configuration depuis l'ouverture de ce poste,
je suis passé de 16.04 a 18.04.
j'ai installé:
sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Est ce quelqu'un peut m'aider à trouver ce pilote: Fuji_xerox-DocPrint_C525_A_AP-1.0-1.i386 . J'y passe des heures vu mes compétences limitée, mais j’apprends. Çà fait 8ans que je suis sous Ubuntu et vraiment je suis très content, alors à l'idée d'être obligé d'ouvrir Windows pour imprimer...

Oui je viens d'installer alien. Comme je débute, je ne sais pas comment faire depuis le dossier une fois décompressé "Dossier usr" dans téléchargements? Dois-je l'installé via un terminal, puis aprés le convertir avec cette commande, donnée par Imagine?
