Installation Mitsubishi CP-D70DW

Bonjour,

J'essaye d'installer mon imprimante Mitsubishi CP-D70DW mais je bloque.
Je l'installe via CUPS, je copie colle bien le CP70D dans le dossier /usr/lib/cups/filter/ mais quand j'essaye d'imprimer une page test elle ne sort pas et j'ai comme message d'erreur "Filter failed"

Ma version Ubuntu : 18.04.2 LTS

Qu'as tu copié collé? L'archive CP70D_LinuxPrinterDriver.tar.gz? Ce machin là dézippé? Tu as mis les droits en 755 comme indiqué?
Tu peux donner le retour entre balises code de

ll /usr/lib/cups/filter/

A la place de faire une copie d'écran, pourrais tu copier le retour du terminal avec CTRL+SHIFT+C et le copier ici avec CTRL+V, et en mettant des balises code comme expliqué dans le message 1 de https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1614731 ?

Presque parfait (il manque juste les prompts)

4.Copy Filter, and the included files to the following directory.
    /usr/lib/cups/filter/

Tu n'as copié que CP70Filter, faut faire de même avec les autres fichiers.

En comparant par rapport à mon ordi, je remarque qu'il y a une étoile en plus sur chaque nom, c'est bizarre.

Tu peux refaire l'étape 3 dans CUPS?

À la dernière étape, rubrique Modèle, si tu essaies avec:
Mitsubishi CP-D70DW-CUPS+Gutenprintv5.2.13(en)
...au lieu de:
Mitsubishi CP-D707DW-CUPS+Gutenprintv5.2.13(en) ?

Ajout: C'est trois lignes plus haut dans la liste déroulante.

En plus dans le retour du #7, on voit un sous-dossier CP70D_LinuxPrinterDriver/ ; chez-moi je n'ai que des fichiers ou des liens symboliques dans /usr/lib/cups/filter.

Tu pourrais aussi tenter ce copier ton fichier CP70.ppd dans /etc/cups/ppd ? C'est là que se trouve le fichier *.ppd de mon imprimante...
Qu'en pense @Naziel ?

Normalement, le fichier ppd devrait suffire à faire fonctionner l'imprimante. Peut être qu'en passant par imprimantes -> ajouter -> generic cups (à voir si tu as mieux dans la liste de ton côté, peut être l'imprimante) et ajouter l'imprimante en indiquant le fichier ppd, ça peut peut être donner des résultats.

Oui il a copié le dossier directement et je lui ai demandé après de vider le dossier dans /usr/lib/cups/filter

Sur la 18.04, ce serait le paquet printer-driver-gutenprint ?

Donc il faudrait désinstaller l'imprimante dans cups, purger le paquet printer-driver-gutenprint, puis retenter l'installation dans cups en s'assurant que tous les fichiers du pilote sont bien dans /usr/lib/cups/filter et que le bon chemin pour le fichier *.ppd est spécifié lors de la réinstall...?
Qu'en pense @Naziel ?

Oui, je le comprends aussi comme ça. Oui j'ai regardé pour le paquet, il n'y en a que deux avec gutenprint dans le nom qui sont installés sur mon ordi, je pense que c'est bien printer-driver-gutenprint

Salut,

Pour supprimer le pilote gutenprint, il faut enlever le paquet printer-driver-gutenprint:

sudo apt purge printer-driver-gutenprint

...devrait le faire. Si ça ne donne pas de résultats satisfaisants et que tu désires réinstaller ce pilote, ce sera:

sudo apt install printer-driver-gutenprint

J'ai bien supprimé gutenprint par contre impossible de réinstaller l'imprimante via localhost:631 et n'est pas détecté via l'interface d'imprimantes de Ubuntu

Petite précision, mon imprimante est branchée en USB

PS: j'ai réussi à l'installer, mais j'ai toujours le même message :s

Pourrais-tu redonner encore une fois le retour complet (avec invite de commande du début et de la fin du retour) de:

ls -la /usr/lib/cups/filter

?
