Connexion BlueTooth RÉSOLU

Bonjour

Sur un de mes PC récent (ASUS R556Y) je ne parviens pas à connecter un écouteur Sony
Cet écouteur fonctionne très bien sur mes autres PC ( Samsung; Ubuntu16.4 LTS, ACER XUBUNTU 18.4, ainsi que téléphone sous Android)
De plus j'ai des difficultés d'utilisation de XFCE et je regrette l'ancien bureu et tableau de bord de UBUNTU 16.04.
J'ai parcouru le forum pour trouver des solutions à ce problème de connection BlueTooth;Quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider:
Je transmets les informations demandée sur un sujet du forum semblable, mais où il n'y a pas de réponses (février 2019)

Bonjour
Ça ne fonctionne pas !
Lorsque je tape bluetooth dans la fenêtre rechercher, j'obtiens une fenêtre recherche de périphérique, mais il ne le trouve pas!
Le periphérique (écouteurs blue tooth Sony) est bien activé!

J'ai installé UBUNTU 18.4 à partir d'une clé USB, provenant du site UBUNTU!

C'est fait.
Mais toujours pas de connection avec l'écouteur Sony
si je clique sur l'onglet son dans paramètres, il n'y a qu'une seule direction pour la sortie son: les hauts parleurs!

Dans l'interface de pavu control, il y a comme périphérique de sortie:
Haut parleurs
Et casque audio mais indiqué unplugged!
Le casque est bien activé et clignote bleu (recherche d'une connection)

En fait, j'ai l'impression que le casque audio unplugged correspond à la sorti casque du PC; il faudrait une sortie bluetooth, mais je ne vois rien correspondant à une sortie bluetooth

lorsque je recherche bluetooth,  dans activité, une fenètre s'ouvre, indiquant: Bluetooth désactivé,
Si j'essaye de l'activer, je vois quela recherche tourne, et j'ai la mention périphérique inconnu; non configuré.
Ce casque Sony est récent, Il fonctionne très bien sur mon téléphone Androïd, sur un PC SAMSUNG, et sur un haut parleur externe (bluetooth YST15.)
J'ai la notice, mais n'indique rien de particulier

Désolé; mais je ne trouve pas comment accéder au gestionnaire de paramètres
Le site que tu m'as recommandé indique petite icone en bas à droit du cadenas!
Or je n'ai pas d'icone en bas à droite ???

Bon j'ai trouvé; mais c'est en haut; et entre temps mon PC a planté!!

Il n'y a bien une icone bluetooth dans le gestionnaire, et bluetooth est activé;
C'est là que je vois recherche de péripérique avec la flèche qui tourne, mais dans la case périphérique, il est indiqué "inconnu   non configuré"
Le périphérique casque est quant à lui activé et la led bleue clignote (fréquence env 1 seconde)
