Dolphin ne trouve pas mon disque dur.

Bonjour.
J' ai installé avec succès un SSD à la place de mon disque dur. Ce disque dur je l' ai installé dans un rack en lieu et place du lecteur CD/DVD.
Dolphin ne reconnait plus depuis ce matin ce disque dur (hier tout fonctionnait parfaitement).

Dolphin me retrouve bien mon disque dur après avoir fait (je suis sous KUBUNTU):
Configuration >Configuration du système>Matériel>Stockage amovible>Périphériques amovibles>Périphériques attachés>disque dur (le mien 888 go)>cocher :
1/montage automatique lors de la connexion et
2/montage automatique lors du raccordement.

Je réouvre le sujet. A l' ouverture de mon portable LENOVO ce matin, le problème est réapparu.
Dans le bios, je trouve bien le disque dur.

Salut,

Il faudrait installer smartmontools pour vérifier l'état de ton disque dur. Il s'agit du sdb.

La commande à passer sera :

sudo smartctl -s on -a /dev/sdb

Ton disque dur est en bon état.

Le fait qu'il ne soit pas reconnu à chaque démarrage peut venir du branchement du câble de données : le câble Sata. Tu peux vérifier que le branchement de ton boîtier, contenant ton ancien disque dur, est correct. Le mieux étant de débrancher ce câble, puis de la rebrancher en s'assurant qu'il est bien enfoncé dans la prise.

Le DD n' est pas branché avec un cable SATA. Ce disque dur est monté dans un rack en lieu et place de mon lecteur CD/DVD.

Donc, si j'ai bien compris, tu souhaites que "/dev/sdb6" soit monté automatiquement au démarrage. Comme ce n'est pas un disque amovible, comme une clef ou un disque USB, il faut l'indiquer dans le Fstab.

sudo nano /etc/fstab

En dessous de la dernière ligne ajoute :

UUID=e0e54d47-7afb-4f85-8fc1-ca00b402e6c8 /home_sdb6 ext4  rw,suid,dev,noexec,auto,nouser,async,noatime  0  1

Le "home_sdb6" est un nom indicatif. Tu peux le remplacer par ce que tu souhaites.
Avec Nano, pour valider la modification, utilise CTRL+O puis Entrée pour enregistrer. Ensuite, quitte avec CTRL+X.
Enfin, il te faut créer un point de montage avec :

sudo mkdir home_sdb6

Après un redémarrage de ton PC, la partition devrait être montée automatiquement.

Je rentre d' escapade, et j' ouvre mon portable. Une grande liste de commandes se déroule. A la fin :

Que faire, je n'ai plus aucun accès ?

Est-ce le disque dur sdb que j' ai installé en lieu et place du lecteur CD/DVD qui pose problème,?

C'est le disque dur qui pose problème.

Je ne sais pas analyser en détail le message d'erreur "NOP [Abort queued commands]"
Peut-être un problème de connectique ou  d'alimentation électrique

Ce disque n'est probablement pas obligatoire.    Afin de ne pas planter au démarrage s'il ne fonctionne pas, tu devrais ajouter l'option nofail      dans la ligne que tu as ajouté récemment dans le fichier /etc/fstab

J'ai bien rajouté "nofail" dans le fichier /etc/fstab.
Mon portable a bien démarré mais mon disque "sdb" n' apparait pas DOLPHIN.
Je pense que j' ai fait une "co....ie" en installant un disque dur dans le lecteur CD/DVD.

Le fait de rajouter "nofail" dans le fichier /etc/fstab ne fait plus planter mon portable mais le disque dur installer à la place du lecteur CD/DVD n' est pas toujours reconnu.
