J'ai regardé le BIOS et je n'ai rien vu concernant le clavier.
De plus, j'ai crée une clé usb de boot ubuntu 20.10 et en mode "essai ubuntu" j'ai le même problème (clavier inopérant).

Lorsque je reboote sur le noyau précédent (5.4.0-52-generic) le clavier fonctionne à nouveau (comme dit précédemment) et :
La commande

sudo modprobe asus_nb_wmi

ne donne toujours rien,
la commande

modinfo asus_nb_wmi

Effectivement, il y a un côté nettoyage de plâtres. J'ai fait cette migration (20.04 => 20.10) sur un autre laptop Asus (à peine plus ancien) et là pas de pb.

Merci quand même. Je retiens que la mise à jour 20.10 a donc une régression pour le clavier de ce laptop ASUS.
J'espère qu'une des prochaines mises à jour (kernel ou autre) y remédiera.

J'ai le même problème avec un Asus UX301.
Heureusement j'ai rien sur mon pc je travaille a 100% sur serveur.
je suis retournée sur la version 20.04
je vais faire la mise  a jour dans quelle que jour-

reprise dans >Ubuntu 20.04 : pointeur qui fige

Et aussi :

grep -i "input\|driver" /var/log/Xorg.0.log

récupérée dans > [résolu] touchpad ne fonctionne plus, 2 touchpad détectés

Regarde si tu vois une idée dans > [résolu] touchpad ne fonctionne plus, 2 touchpad détectés
