[xubuntu] [résolu] impossible de télécharger des paquets erreur 501

Bonjour à tous.
J'ai récemment installé xubuntu 8.10 sur l'ordinateur d'un ami. Tout s'est bien déroulé jusqu'à se que j'essaye d'installer des logiciels non inclus sur le CD, comme Blender par exemple. Je lance Synaptic, je tape "blender", il trouve le logiciel et donne sa description. Je coche la case, le système lance le téléchargement et arrivé au paquet 17/46 il bloque. A la fin, le processus d'installation échoue avec le message d'erreur suivant : "les index des dépôt n'ont pas tous été téléchargés". Suis une liste des paquets qui n'ont pas été trouvés :

C'est exactement le même problème pour d'autres logiciels, comme OpenOffice, ou les codecs mp3 et autres. Pourtant, l'adresse du paquet a l'air correcte, et la version 8.10 n'est pas encore obsolette, si ? Dois-je obligatoirement passer à la 9.04 ? Si oui comment, sachant que je ne peux pas me permettre de télécharger 600 Mo ?
Est-ce la liste des dépôts qui n'est pas bonne ?

J'ai besoin d'aide, il en va de la crédibilité de ubuntu pour mon ami qui menace de repasser à Windows. En plus, c'est un libanais, et si vous saviez comme c'est dur de convaincre un libanais d'installer ubuntu quand il peut trouver la dernière version de Windows pour 1€...

Ah, oui, je précise, la connexion internet fonctionne bien, je peux surfer sur internet et envoyer et recevoir des emails.

J'ai tenté d'ajouter les serveurs de mise à jour que tu donnes, mais l'erreur persiste.

Il n'est pas très claire ton source list, tu as trop de dépôt.

Pour avoir ton source liste plus claire tu enlèves tout et tu mets :

Merci pour vos réponses. J'ai finalement réglé mon problème, qui n'était en fait pas lié au sources.list. Je vous explique quand-même pourquoi mon sources.list était tellement erronée. Afin de convaincre même les personnes qui utilisent l'ordinateur comme un outil et non comme une passion de se mettre à Linux, je veux me persuader que toutes les manipulations simples permettant d'installer Ubuntu et d'avoir un système fonctionnel peuvent se faire sans passer par la ligne de commande. Pour insérer les serveurs de mise à jour donné par pierguiard, j'ai donc ouvert synaptic, j'ai fait paramètres>dépôts, et j'ai cherché comment insérer de nouvelles lignes. Je suis entré dans l'onglet "logiciels tiers" et j'ai ajouté une ligne. Malheureusement, quand la ligne correspond à un dépôt ubuntu et non tiers, aucun message de warning n'est affiché, la nouvelle ligne n'apparaît bien sûr pas dans la liste des logiciels tiers, mais elle est quand même insérée dans le sources.list. Croyant que ma manip ne marchait pas, j'ai donc inséré plusieurs fois la même ligne. J'ai même essayé en ajoutant un / après /ubuntu croyant qu'il y avait une erreur dans ce que pierguiard m'avais donné !
Il y a peut-être quelque chose à modifier dans Synaptic pour rendre cela plus intelligible ?

Sinon, concernant mon problème, il s'agissait d'un mauvaise configuration de la connexion. Mon fichier /etc/apt/apt.conf contenait

Acquire::http::Proxy "http://192.168.150.1/"

J'ai juste remplacé par

Acquire::http::Proxy false

car la connexion ne passe pas par un proxy et tout a fonctionné !
Maintenant, la question que vous vous posez tous : pourquoi mon apt était-il configuré pour passer par un proxy ? Je pense que apt a été configuré automatiquement pendant l'installation de xubuntu. J'ai fait l'install en passant par l'alternate CD car la machine n'a pas beaucoup de RAM. Arrivé au moment où il charge les premiers paquets (après l'entrée du nom de l'ordi, du nom d'utilisateur et du mot de passe) il m'a demandé si la connexion était faite par un proxy. Comme l'ordi n'est pas connecté par un proxy, j'ai répondu non, c'est à dire que j'ai appuyé sur Entrée en laissant la ligne vide. Or l'install s'est bloquée à partir de ce moment (il affichait 46% mais n'avançait pas). J'ai du tout recommencer depuis le début, pour revenir au même point, laisser de nouveau la ligne vide pour qu'il se bloque au même endroit avant que je comprenne que le routeur jouait peut-être le rôle de proxy. J'ai donc recommencé une troisième fois, et j'ai entré "http://192.168.150.1", soit l'adresse du routeur quand il me demandait l'adresse du proxy. A partir de là, tout s'est bien déroulé, l'installation a continué normalement. Jusqu'à ce fameux problème de téléchargement de paquets via synaptic. Quelqu'un peut-il me dire si ce blocage pendant l'install si on ne met pas de nom de proxy est un bug ou si j'ai fait une fausse manip ? J'ai retrouvé le même problème en installant xubuntu par la même méthode sur un autre ordi, connecté à internet via le serveur de mon école.
