accès aux dépots kubuntu jaunty

Salut à tous.

je viens de passer d'ubuntu à kubuntu et j'ai quelques suprises ...
en fait, je suis derrière un proxy, c'est réglé avec export http-proxy= .... blabla

maintenant, je n'arrive pas à avoir accès au dépôts! lorsque je lance apt-gt update, ça me done ça :

et ce qui me parait le plus louche c'est que même en mettant le cd en dépot, il le prend même pas en compte!

d'ou pourrais venir le problème?
