Bonjours,

A chaque fois que je tente de télécharger quoique ce soit, je tombe invariablement sur ce message d' erreur

Échec du téléchargement de tous les fichiers d'index
Le dépôt ne semple plus être disponible ou ne peut être contacté à cause de problèmes réseau. S'il existe un fichier d'index plus ancien il sera utilisé. Sinon, le dépôt sera ignoré. Vérifiez votre connexion réseau et corrigez l'adresse du dépôt dans les préférences.

J' ai internet par wifi, je peut acceder a internet a partir de mon ordinateur avec firefox.
Je suis sous xubuntu 7.10.

pourquoi la 7.10 et pas le 6.04 tant que tu y est ???
installe la 9.04, et tu aura la dernière version

C' est chiant parce que je peut ni aller su deezer ni youtube et encore moins myspace

Linux c' est sympa mais c' est galère pour pas mal de truc "-_- genre installation de la wifi, et bug en tout genre...

En plus il y un truc bizarre : tu dis être en 7.10 qui est Gutsy et tes dépôts sont ceux de Feisty qui est la 7.04.
Charge l'iso de Jaunty et réinstalle, c'est ce qu'il y a de mieux à faire (ou prend Hardy Heron si tu veux une LTS)

C' est quoi un LTS?
J' aimerais savoir si il existe une distib' orienté musique (avec des applications du genre audacity ou guitar pro) J' ai cherché mais j' ai pas trouvé

Ca a l' air de vous faire rire 7.10 =P On m' avait passé cette distrib' sois disant que c' est bien pour commencer ( j' ai fait la connaissance de ndiswrapper le terrible ^^)

Donc y' as pas d' autre solution? Autant que je passe a quelque chose de plus solide, vous preconisez quoi?

LTS pour long term support : c'est version sera maintenue pendant 3 ans. Si tu as accès à internet tu vas sur la page d'accueil de ce site et tu choisi l'image iso de la version que tu veux, tu graves le LiveCD (CD bootable) et tu installes. Lis la doc avant, ça aide

Donc je vais suivre vos conseil et me graver le nouvel ubuntu, le 9.04, c' est un LTS?

C' est possible sur un ordi avec 320mo de RAM (sisi c' est possible je l' ai fait) 700mHz de cpu?

Bon alors install Jaunty (9.04) et tu n'auras qu'à faire un upgrade automatique lors de la sortie de Karmic (9.10).

Ok, c' est quand même rudemment jolie pour du windows 95 =p

Avec ubuntu ca sera la même demarche pour le wifi, parce que ce qui m' interesse c' est juste d' avoir mon ordi avec ma musique et internet.

Non c'est pas une LTS mais tu pourras upgrader ensuite vers la future 9.10 si tu le souhaites. Et tu verras quand tu auras acquis un peu d'expérience, une nouvelle install c'est plutôt marrant et bien plus rapide qu'avec Windows (troll inside)

LTS: Long Time Support (3ans), mais c'est pas pour toi, tu t'en fou d'une LTS, c'est une version comme une autre, certes plus stable mais en retard au bout de 3 ans. Installe la version 9.04 ce qui signifie qu'elle est sortie en Avril (04) et 2009 d'ou (9) ...

Apparemment tu as le cdrom dans tes sources.list : commente les 2 lignes qui commencent par "deb cdrom" en plaçant le signe # au début comme cela elles seront ignorées.
Autre solution tu décoches la case du cdrom dans les dépôts de synaptic.
N'oublie pas de recharger tes sources.list après !

Par synaptic : option recharger les dépôts
ou en console :

sudo apt-get update
