Karmic : bcm4322 sur dell vostro, ça marche mais c'est lent...
Bonjour, je viens d'installer ubuntu 9.10 64 bits (kernel 2.6.31-14) sur mon nouveau portable (vostro 1015) équipé d'une carte wifi broadcom bcm4322.
La carte n'est pas reconnu à l'origine, no stress ubuntu m'invite à installer le driver proprio Broadcom STA.
Le pilote est installé, le wifi marche je me connecte à ma livebox et je charge ma première page... j'attends... une minute plus tard la page commence à s'afficher...
Toujours aussi calme je me dis que ça doit être le pilote, je l'enlève j'installe le pilote libre à la place qui ne marche pas du tout comme ça je suis fixé.
Je me décide à parcourir la doc, il parait qu'en blacklistant ssb ça marche mieux, j'exécute, aucune amélioration.
Je me retrousse les manches, compile le driver fournis par broadcom en vain.
Je constate que quand je télécharge le débit est correct le problème vient du fait qu'il y a un temps mort entre le moment où je demande le téléchargement/affichage d'une page et le moment ou le serveur me répond, je sais pas si c'est clair!
Voilà mon petit SOS, après je vous parlerai peut être du bluetooth qui ne marche pas mieux, enfin je reste zen

Motivé, j'ai quand même essayé avec la version 32 bits et d'autres distributions, tj le même soucis, les pages mettent un tps fou à s'afficher alors que le débit en download est bien.
En ethernet , idem!
Je crois que je vais rester sur windows

Pour le wifi, le soucis vient d'ipv6.

Hum , ce qui est etrange c'est que ce portable est vendu par dell sous Ubuntu dans beaucoup de pays
