Activer les Direct rendrering sur ATI X700

bonjours les gens,

j'ai un portable avec une carte ATI X700, j'ai installer les drivers graphique contenu dans la dapper, j'ai recompiler le noyau en version 2.6.16.19.

quand je fait un glxinfo :

name of display: :0.0
display: :0  screen: 0
direct rendering: No
server glx vendor string: SGI
server glx version string: 1.2
...

quelqu'un sait comment activer cette option ?

Je trouve ca bizzard aussi .....

Pour ma part, je n'ai eu qu'un soucis d'ecran noir a l'install (que j'ai regler en ayant un backup de mon ancien fichier xorg.Conf sur le coté :) )

Sinon j'ai eu droit directement au direct rendering activé sans faire quoique ce soit de plus que d'utiliser mon fichier xorg.conf qui etait en place sous dapper RC. Pas d'installation des drivers fglrx.
Au besoin voila mon xorg.conf

comment as-tu fait pour avoir ca, moi si je choisit les drivers ati par default, ecran noir...
