virer les services inutiles
Bonjour,
Je suis en train de réduire au minimum les services actifs sur mon serveur, ce qui me tracasse entre autre c'est que j'ai désactivé portmap (RPC) au démarrage et je trouve encore rpc.statd en écoute...
ce n'est pas lié?
comment le désactiver?

Bjr,
Ajouter sysv-rc-conf si non présent
sudo sysv-rc-conf
ou
désactiver un service
sudo update-rc.d $1 stop
sudo update-rc.d $1 disable
activer un service
sudo update-rc.d $1 enable
sudo update-rc.d $1 start
supprimer les liens
sudo update-rc.d -f $1 remove
construire les liens (avec un démarrage en position 80)
sudo update-rc.d $1 defaults 80 20

merci, je l'avait bien viré il fallait juste un redémarrage
en fait la question est plutot de savoir de quels services peut on ce passer.
le role de ce poste est d'héberger lamp, vsftpd, ssh, un serveur teamspeak.
j'administre par ssh ,webmin,phpmyadmin.
