Portable qui s'éteint tout seul

Bonjour à vous,

J'ai installé sur un ordinateur portable Ubuntu 10.10. Tout fonctionne correctement seulement depuis qu'Ubuntu est installée, l'ordinateur s'éteint de temps en temps (plusieurs fois par jour) tout seul, d'un coup, sans prévenir. Auparavant (sous Windows Seven) il n'y avait pas ce problème. La batterie est un peu vieille, elle se décharge très rapidement, cependant il est toujours sur secteur.

Y aurait-il des logs présents dans le système qui puisse nous indiquer d'où vient l'erreur ? Pourquoi ce comportement sous Ubuntu et pas sous Seven ?

C'est quoi tn chipset graphique ? As tu installé les drivers proprio ?
PS: un ordi qui s'eteind d'un seul coup, c'est souvent un problème de chauffe... Et très souvent du à la carte graphique

L'ordinateur portable est un Medion RIM 2000. La carte graphique est une Nvidia Geforce GO 6600 en PCI-E 128MB. Oui, j'ai installé les drivers propriétaires Nvidia.

La température de la carte graphique est de 64°C selon Nvidia X Server Settings (60°C pour le Board, ou Ambient), au repos. Ça monte à environ 70 et 64 respectivement lors d'une vidéo Dailymotion en route.

applet-sensors ne reconnait que les sondes de la carte graphique et du disque dur. J'ai essayé de configurer lmsensors mais sans succès (j'ai suivi la doc)

tu as regardé les différents paramètres dans le gestionnaire d'énergie ?

Ma question peut te paraître un peu bête, mais bon tu peux essayer de jongler avec les différents réglages pour voir si certaines actions ne lui plaisent pas... genre mise en veille, arrêt des disques durs etc.

Salut,

-Quand tu allumes le pc après qu'il se soit arrêté anormalement, il y a un message qui apparaît au démarrage (pas le démarrage d'ubuntu mais au moment ou il affiche le logo medion ou qqch du genre)? Certains bios affichent un message si le pc s'est arrêté à cause d'une surchauffe du cpu.

-Quand le pc s'arrête, redémarre vite, va dans le bios contrôler la température du cpu (si il s'arrête automatiquement à 90°C, quelques secondes après il doit toujours être autour de cette température).

-T'a essayé de nettoyer le kg de poussière qu'il y a dans le ventilo ?

-Sous seven, si tu utilises le cpu à 100% pendant 20min il fait le même problème?

-Les logs sont dans /var/log. Mais lors d'un arrêt brutal, ce n'est pas forcément dans le répertoire crash que le log est enregistré. Il est possible de les afficher par date/heur, mais je sais pas comment.

Voilà, j'ai pas d'autres idées. Ca a peut-être rien à voir avec la température du cpu, mais c'est le plus probable.
