paquet installé manuellement
Bonjour,
depuis que j'ai fait la migration vers la 10.10
j'ai beaucoup de paquet dans la rubrique "installés (manuellement)
je pense que ça veux dire que le dépôt ou se trouve tout ces paquets ne sont pas dans mon fichier source.list
comment puis-je faire

Souvent durant une migration, les dépôts tiers sont désactivés.
Il faut juste alors enlever le # devant les lignes de dépôts désactivés pour les réactiver.

Il faut juste alors enlever le # devant les lignes de dépôts désactivés pour les réactiver.
c'est ce que j'ais fait j'ai eu des mise à jour, mais il y a encore beaucoup de paquet dans la liste

Quand tu as fais le sudo apt-get update (pour la prise en compte de la modif du sources.list), tu as eu des erreurs de clé?
Sinon regarde les paquets en question pour savoir à quel dépôt ils appartiennent.

Oui et non, il ne doit pas te manquer tant de dépôts que ça.
Regarde les principaux programmes dans la liste pour trouver leur dépôt et dès que tu trouves un programme qui est dans un dépôt que tu n'as pas, tu réessayes la mise à jour.
(enfin sauf ceux que tu as vraiment installé manuellement via un .deb)

Chez moi les deux listes sont identiques. Les paquets que j'ai effectivement installés "à la main" figurent dans la liste "installés" et non pas dans la liste "installés (manuellement)". Tout ça n'est probablement qu'un problème de fonctionnement de Synaptic, voire de traduction.
Je précise que j'ai totalement réinstallé 10.10 vendredi 18 février. À priori, il ne me manque aucun dépôt et toutes les mises à jour sont ... à jour. Je crois bien avoir toujours vu ces deux listes dans Synaptic, alors pourquoi s'en inquiéter ? C'est toujours plus rassurant que si tous les paquets figuraient dans la liste "à désinstaller" ! 
P.S. : d'après ce que j'ai pu voir, les paquets dans la liste "installés (manuellement)" appartiennent au dépôt "maverick main (fr.archive.ubuntu.com)".

Pour savoir de quel dépôt un paquet dépend, il faut ouvrir Synaptic et cliquer sur "origine" dans la colonne de gauche : Image.

Je dois avoir presque une trentaine de dépôts officiels (en comptant les sources) plus un getdeb et un pour les imprimantes samsung.

j'ai résolu mon problème de clé gpg
j'ai remis au propre mon source.list
j'ai bien tout rechargé
mais j'ai encore 1211 paquets installés (manuellement)
je n'y comprend plus rien
